Hotel Chalet Casa Cesana

This hotel lays just 400 meters from Cesana center, it is a structure recently renovated surrounded by a nice garden which a kinder play park and a nice bar with plenty of tables. The room: we were upgraded to a suite room, 4th and last floor. Very spacious, with a large and modern bathroom, a nice bedroom and sitting room. Wonderful for the price. We decided to have dinner at the ground floor restaurant. Let's say good enough, we had vegetarian lasagne and chicken roll accompanied by a tasty and rich tarte. Again we are not talking high cuisine but for the price very good. Only spot the beer was served almost lukewarm. Perfection does not belong to this world. One word about the politeness : very remarkable, genuine hospitality. So full marks mostly because the ratio price quality is very good.

We were staying in the sister B&B of this hotel so we ate here a couple of times. This review is for the restaurant.||||On the first occasion we sampled their daily menu. The pasta and the Mountain meal (venison, polenta, etc) were very tasty and the portions were huge! We shared desert which was also very tasty and good value.||||Our second night here was on New Years Eve. Wow! The sampler menu was amazing! The plates just kept coming and we just couldn't stop eating! Excellent local cuisine served with a smile.||||I would definitely recommend this restaurant, the staff are lovely, the owners are friendly and the food is amazing!

We had a wonderful week at Casa Cesana. The great team (Erica and Luca ) made our ski vacation unforgattable. Thank you again from all our group ( 4 families with children... 12 people in total). Highly recommended!

Cosy, clean mountain hotel thats great value and 5 minutes walk to the ski lifts. Staff are very friendly and accommodating especially given the chaos of the pandemic. Rooms are well equipped, recently refreshed and very clean - the photos don’t really do them justice. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing hotel in a perfect location as is only a short walk to the ski lift. Large, clean well looked after rooms and great friendly staff such as Lorenzo who served our food every meal and Roberto. Food in general was tasty and well cooked. Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a long weekend ski break. The hotel had everything we needed and the staff were extremely attentive. Short walk to the ski lifts (even in ski boots) and equally to town. Would recommend the half board option as it is great value for money.

My friend and I had been riding motorcycles in the mountains all day. We were tired and hungry when we arrived in town and it had started to rain again. The place I thought I had a reservation at was all closed up with a phone number on the door and the lights out in the restaurant. We rode around to the other side of the river and a guest of the Hotel Chalet was outside waving us in. Thank goodness! Lorenzo and Juliana were so inviting! They got us set up in a room while cooking fresh trout for me and some amazing ravioli for my friend. Fabulous wine and great company (the German motorcycle rider that waved us in) and the staff. Our table was set when we came down for breakfast. Great coffee, wonderful breakfast. We hit the road ready for another day of intense riding to the coast.

Great location for ski lifts, within walking distance. The hotel staff are very very friendly and helpful. Rooms are good-sized and clean. The meals were really good. We would like to stay again here. We had great stay, THANK YOU STAFF :))) Greets from Belgrade, Serbia
