A single mom with 2 boys spent 1 week here with half board service. Overall, they have the most lovely staffs I’ve ever met in Italy. Especially Nicola, he changed my vacation from hell to heaven by updating my room. So the rooms in this hotel depends. Check that out (lights in the room, noises…)on arrival. Kids love the kids’ club though it’s small, thanks to Peppino, he is a great organizer. My kids beg me to go back just because of him. It was lovely to meet a family who told me that teenagers in their family were the little kids on the pics of Kids’ club! So sweet they came back again and again every year! Swimming pool is small but never too full, my kids suggest some standard lanes for real swimming. Shuttle buses are convenient, problem is the driver doesn’t speak English. Sometimes you need to wait quite long for picking up. Lastly, The food is delicate like Michelin but not for skiers. Too little! And menu is not typical. I strongly suggest they provide another sports menu for skiers with normal steaks to provide more energy..

My stay at Hotel Chalet Del Brenta was a truly memorable experience, thanks to the exceptional staff and wonderful atmosphere. Special shoutouts to Pietro at the bar, Gianni and Sahar for their excellent service during dinner and breakfast, and Daniel and Michele (apologies if I misspelled your name!)—their attentiveness really stood out. Fabio, who drove the ski shuttle, was incredibly friendly and helpful, though the hotel is just a 5-minute walk from the lifts if you prefer to stroll. The cleaners also did a fantastic job ensuring our rooms were spotless while we were out skiing. The food was outstanding every night, and I especially appreciated the variety of milk options for my coffee in the morning and chance to offer A La Carte —a small but thoughtful detail. The spa is a lovely addition, though it can get a bit crowded between 6-7 PM, even with pre-booked slots. The staff here are absolute gems—always helpful and friendly, with none of the attitude I’ve unfortunately encountered at other hotels in Madonna. This is a truly family-run establishment, and it shows in the care and dedication of the team. Pet- and Kid-Friendly Excellence One of the highlights for me is that the hotel is dog-friendly, which means I can bring my pup next time - a fantastic feature! My sister and her husband also raved about the kid-friendly amenities, making it a great choice for families. Room for Improvement There were only a few minor drawbacks. The lift is a bit outdated and slow, but it encouraged us to take the stairs more often. The lack of hair conditioner in the rooms was inconvenient, though you can request it at the lobby. I would absolutely return to Hotel Chalet Del Brenta—perhaps even to celebrate Christmas again. It’s a warm, welcoming place that feels like home, with amazing service and thoughtful touches that make all the difference. Highly recommended!🩷

Small room but cozy and value for money. The bed mattress was firm, sheets were crisp and white, towels were new, shower accessories were new and luxurious, flooring was not carpeted, bedroom slippers provided. Kettle and tea was also provided. Super clean. Highly recommended as it is a lot newer than many of the other hotels in this price range.

I would have loved to give 5 stars but I was disappointed by certain aspects..|Reception staff: inexperienced and unable to make a judgment outside the box. Defense when called out on the surprise parking, which €10 per day. We were not told about it and failed to read the writing inside the garage due to arriving during a storm stresses. if you don’t want to pay the €10 a day then you’re forced to fight over 4 parking spots outside with everyone in the hotel. The sauna is very relaxing, but high earned one of the stars i awarded the hotel. Alessandra is a good masseuse. The pool is calming and warm, but too small for all the kids and families in the building. There should be a different pool for kids. The kindergarten manager and their service was indispensable, as well as the hotel transport within the town. In the restaurant, there is no head water, and the staff are young and inexperienced. you get the feeling that everyone is worried about being sacked. The menu isn’t written clearly and we often had to ask them but they didn’t know themselves. Dispersing plates to tables was often a lost hope with floating plates and confused staff. The menu was a bit and miss: some dishes were good, others too experimental and only looked pretty on the plate. Another disappointment is being charged for water. I feel that we were penalized for some misuse by guests, perhaps. for a four star hotel, our room was very narrow al thought very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was cleaned regularly and thoroughly. Many thanks to the hardworking cleaning staff, who were also kind when met in the lifts. ||I don’t think we left with a warm fuzzy feeling, but equally satisfied that we managed to find a last minute deal.

Nice place. Not too much away from the centre of the village and anyhow there are free shuttles to bring you anywhere (fast and easy). The rooms where nice (only the toilet was a little small but never mind). Staff is so gentle. We spent 5 nights. We got breakfast, snacks in the evening and dinner. Plus use of the SPA and even swimming pool for children. Food was really nice and every night a different menu.

What an incredible experience and welcome from Giuseppe, Sara, Massemiliano and Allesandro. We loved the personal service, comfortable room, superb 4 course meals...and the great local wine selections. We were also lucky to time our visit with a large amount of fresh powder snow, and enjoyed the spa to relax our tired legs each evening. Hotel CDB is a special place with personal service and high quality - see you next year.

A Wonderful Family Stay at HCB Hotel! We recently had the pleasure of staying at HCB Hotel with our kids, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The hotel's family-friendly atmosphere, coupled with the fantastic Kids Club, made our stay truly memorable. A special shout-out to Pepino, who stood out with his amazing skills in handling kids, proficiency in multiple languages, and a genuinely caring demeanor. Our kids had a blast under his supervision, and we felt at ease knowing they were in such good hands. The culinary experience at the hotel was equally delightful. The food was not only delicious but also offered a variety that satisfied every palate. Kudos to the chefs for their culinary expertise! The hotel staff deserves a round of applause for their friendliness, helpfulness, and impeccable organizational skills. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was met with a warm smile and a willingness to assist. It truly enhanced the overall experience. In conclusion, we highly recommend HCB Hotel for a family getaway. We enjoyed our stay so much that we're already planning to return next year. A big thank you to the entire team for making our time at HCB Hotel so enjoyable! Warm regards, Dorela
