Hotel Chalet del Sogno

This is a beautiful pearl among the mighty Dolomite Mountains. Our stay at your hotel was wonderful. Both the location and the atmosphere in the hotel, everything contributes to a pleasant vacation. Excellent service, everyone is very attentive. Just one small detail, in addition to everything said. My expectations regarding breakfast were not met. We were not at all prepared for the fact that we had to pay extra for a specially prepared omelet and fruit salad. It seemed that these dishes should be included in the breakfast menu. I would also like bottled water to be supplied in the suite. It is more hygienic and safer than simply poured into a carafe and covered with a cardboard lid that does not seal. I would also like to have a choice of pillows. The ones in our room were simply stone-like and very uncomfortable. But other than these small flaws, we had a very good and enjoyable rest. Thank you for the good cleaning.

It was a picture perfect White Christmas for us in 2025. We were blessed with snow on demand with blue skies and bright sunshine outdoors. Indoors it was warm caring and efficient with the touches that only an indie self run property can provide. Great food in-house , great restaurant recos, great walking routes. We appreciated that the breakfast spread while generous and lavish was not laid out and wasted. You saw what was available and ordered what you wanted to eat. Sustainable and lot of it local n organic. Can't wait to go back in other seasons

Mr. Schiavon is a master of hospitality — from chasing down the street to confirm details for our hike, to selecting the perfect wine, and arranging a special dinner at his friend’s restaurant, The Riviera. The team was incredible: Davide made every detail seamless, Fabiola advised us on hikes and prepared a delicious picnic lunch, Fernanda gave a perfect massage after a long day, and Giada’s passion for fresh ingredients made dining unforgettable — the tartare was the best we’ve ever had! It’s a wonderful hotel, warm and cosy. The location, service and atmosphere is amazing. It’s was our third time there with the family and friends. It’s definitely a place where you wish to come back.

Hotel Chalet del Sogno is a small family run hotel and is exceptional. We were a family of six staying over Christmas 2024 for a ski-ing holiday. We absolutely adored this hotel. they couldn t have tried harder to make us at home and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is located next to the Ski Lift (literally 3 mins walk) and they even put down a carpet down the hill to stop one slipping! They made a huge effort over Christmas even leaving little presents in our rooms. It was one of the best holidays we have had as a family. Extremely comfortable, friendly, relaxed, efficient - what more could you want! There is a ski hire place in the basement of the hotel. Fantastic spa with sauna and steam room. Highly recommend this hotel.

What a gem! We stayed here for 2 nights during a cycling/hiking trip. The hotel blends incredible warmth, cozy luxury, and charm. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. The rooms are stunning - I wanted to take our 4-posted, goose down covered bed home with us. The beautiful spa area is all included - sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub, weight room. The delicious snacks and non-alcoholic drinks they serve gratis every evening are a delightful welcome back after a day of exploring the Dolomites. The breakfast was one of the most varied, extensive and delicious spreads we encountered on our whole trip. On top of all this, the hotel excels at efforts to be sustainable and respectful of the environment. It has geothermal heating, uses local untreated wood for decor and furniture, it generates >80% of its electrical needs, uses wooden reusable keys, and the food it serves is from area farms.

Marvelous ALPs chalet style hotel w wonderful amenities, attentive staff, coupled with a wonderful culinary delight in the Ristauranti Due Pini with a great wine list!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in one of the junior suites. The hotel is located directly next door to one of the main gondolas which connected us to a variety of ski areas, so very convenient. The main centre is just under 10 minutes' walk away which means it's nice and quiet in the evening as well. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing, just what you need after a long day skiing! Breakfast was delicious - lots of fresh cheese, meats, cakes, yoghurt, and I believe all the food is sourced locally. We enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the relaxing, alpine style bar before heading out to dinner most evenings; and on one of the nights the owners even invited all of the guests to join them for complimentary Prosecco and snacks - very welcoming indeed! To top things off I had one of the best massages I've ever had in the hotel spa! All in all we really enjoyed our experience here. It doesn't feel like a party place so perhaps not the right hotel for a big group, but for a couple, or a family, it's ideal.
