I had a great stay at the hotel, location is every thing, and the hotel Bellevue is in a perfect spot. Close to everything, situated in the old city with a beautiful park just across the street, Citadel Of Quebec just up the street Duffern Terrace just across the park, big clean room, with a great view, the breakfast was very good and a coffee pantry at the bottom of the stairs, really nice staff willing to help out. The shower was good with lots of water pressure, i definitely would stay there again , just like to thank the staff for being helpful recommended.

Checking into this hotel was a breeze! The front desk team (Ibrahima & Jeanne-Aimée) were amazing! We were there for my wife's 50th birthday and they treated us like royalty. We upgraded our room and it was well worth it. Very spacious and a beautiful view. This was our first visit to Quebec City and this was the perfect boutique hotel. Only a 2 min walk to the terrace of the Chateau Frontenac, 2 min walk to the Citadel and a 10-15 walk to lower Quebec City. Couldn't ask for a better location! We will definitely return in the future! My only concern is that when i checked in i was charged for the stay + $200 deposit. When i checked out, i was charged again for the stay. I should have just beed refunded the deposit. It looks like i’ve been charged twice and have to wait up to 5 days to get the money back.

I cannot recommend this hotel enough!! I am a solo female traveler and I was very anxious for my first ever trip. This hotel was absolutely perfect- great room sizes, complimentary tea and coffee, a very welcoming lobby area to relax in! The location is absolutely beautiful with stunning views of the river and walking distance from all the main tourist spots. The best thing about this hotel has to be the staff, always greeting you with a friendly smile. A special shout out to Megan and Ibrahim who made my stay especially wonderful- it was lovely to meet you and thank you so much!

A lovely authentic hotel with a fabulous location overlooking the Governors' Park and the promenade. Rooms were a little small compared to more modern-built hotels, but it all adds to the traditional feel. Breakfast was free (which was great) but somewhat limited selections with essentially only bread, pastries, cereal and a few pieces of fruit. A few boiled eggs, bit of cheese, small selection of meats etc. would have improved things no end.

Pros: The location is amazing, the hotel is beautiful, clean, and the RECEPTIONISTS were friendly and helpful. No question about that. Cons: - We were told parking would be available for $25 per night but we had to pay $60 per night to park somewhere else because their parking lot was full (there are only a few spots in their parking lot behind the hotel. They advertise as if there is 1 spot per room, and that is not the case). If you're lucky, you get a spot. - There is a very rude and unhelpful lady working there (she is slim, with straight and really long hair). She works in the kitchen, breakfast area, and carries things around the hotel. Avoid her, she will ruin your day. If you POLITELY ask her anything really simple in English, she will get mad, demand that you speak French, make rude and dismissive gestures, and walk away saying something rude under her breath. I couldn't believe it. - We were told there would be a mini fridge in the room. Surprise: THERE WASN'T. - The room is extremely small, my 10-pound dog couldn't even move around properly. I can't imagine how bigger dogs can manage. And don't expect to have a nice view from your room. The window is tiny, and there are loads of lush trees on the way. It is ok not to have a view, but they make a big deal about such view, which is deceiving.

The hotel located right inside the Quebec old town so is very convenient to all areas of interest at old town. The service is also very good. 24 hours complimentary tea/coffee/juice/water. Value for money!

I'll start with the good. The location is superb and the staff was friendly. Additionally, it was nice not to worry about parking. The breakfast was a nice touch but by 845 a.m. we found it pretty picked over and there were no dishware, mugs, cups or utensils available for use. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room broke, in the middle of July, for 2/3 nights of our stay. Our room was 27 degrees celcius by the second night, making it quite uncomfortable. While I understand they can't wave a magic wand, we were simply told "to open our window" and offered no other solution or compensation. Lastly, the valet left our vehicle in park while getting out causing it to begin rolling away. Luckily my husband saw it start to roll and alerted the staff member who jumped back in and put it in park.
