We arrived at the hotel around 9 pm after taking the last Glacier Express, but couldn't figure out how to get inside because the main door was locked. When I saw the note in my email that said "No check-ins after 7 pm," I panicked. I checked our emails and reviews for instructions and saw that a code was needed. I tried ringing the bell several times, but no one answered.
Thankfully, three other guests returned to the hotel at the same time and kindly let us in. They also pointed out that a check-in package had been prepared for us at the front desk. We were very grateful for their help, as otherwise we would have had no way to enter the hotel that night.
Other than that everything else went perfectly.
