We spent three night there while on a hiking trip of the Dolomites. Our room was large and spacious. We had a sofa as well as a balcony with chairs that overlooked the ski lift and mountains. We had a mini fridge, mini safe and lots of storage areas/shelves. The hotel itself was conducive for our group to hang out and talk after a long day of hiking. There were snacks in the afternoon. Breakfasts were absolutely great. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Fabulous food and Spa, unexpectedly professional yet friendly, warm and welcoming. Clean and accomodating. Asked for extra pillows and got them immediately, was concerned about WiFi as had some business on zoom and they provided an extra router. Nothing was too much trouble. And the bonus was swimming outdoors whilst the snow fell on us!

It is literally our home away from our home! It is our winter home the last 5 years and it will be for ever! Super friendly staff, the managers have spend a lot of time money and LOVE building this place. Rooms are very clean , service outstanding food is amazing just a few minutes walk for the first lift. The spa facilities and swimming pools out of the ordinary … dream holidays every year !!!

Really liked the amenities and location. The food at the restaurant was very good - especially the buffet. Stefano and his colleague at the bar (Adriana?) were very attentive and friendly - loved to get to know them. Mariana and Ania at the front desk were great too - very helpful. One recommendation is to request the modern wing of the hotel if given the option.

Great location and idyllic surroundings - in the beautiful town of La Villa.|A great hotel as a base for hikers and bikers in the Dolomites - a few minutes' walk to the La Illa cable car. Bus stop right next to the hotel - very good communication to hiking trails in all directions.|Super comfortable room with a very large balcony and a beautiful view of Sassongher and La Illa.|Very good breakfasts from 07:00 - you can order fried eggs, omelette, pancakes, etc., cake in the afternoon, and good and sumptuous dinners.|Fantastic SPA zone - a large outdoor swimming pool in a nice garden overlooking the Dolomites, an indoor swimming pool + several saunas, including one with a panoramic view.|Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, especially Marianna :)|In general, the place is a bit snobbish, the staff in the restaurant is a bit pompous, but this is probably due to the price of the hotel. |This didn't stop us from having a fantastic holiday, because the most important thing for us were the Dolomites around us :)

Nice little hotel. Just a few mins from the lifts. Has everything you might need including a spa. Clean and well maintained. Very helpful and friendly staff. We all had diff dietary requirements and they ensured we all had options. (I would recommend you email before arrival with any dietary requirements). My only downside is the food is not so healthy. Breakfast consists of mainly bread and/or eggs. And everything else seems to be high in carb and fat.

We had a great stay. Everything was perfect the room the spa the pool and very good breakfast. The hotel is in very good location. The staff are all very kind Be back for sure
