Hotel City Point

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others. The room was in terrible condition from the moment I walked in—poorly maintained, uncomfortable, and nowhere close to what was shown in the photos. Basic cleanliness was missing, and the overall environment felt neglected. On top of the bad room, the service was equally disappointing. Slow to respond, and showed very little concern for guest comfort. Every small request felt like a burden to them. For the price they charge, I expected at least decent hospitality, but what I received was far from acceptable. The situation got so bad that I ended up checking out earlier than planned just to avoid staying any longer. It was absolutely not worth the money, and I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of better options out there—save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else.

Worst place to stay with family. Google shows it as 3-star, but honestly it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. I would give only half a star, and that too just for the location. They charged me ₹6,500/- for two people, which is an absolute waste of money considering the poor quality and experience. Definitely not worth it.

The food served is commendable, with a variety of options that cater to diverse tastes. The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring a pleasant experience. However, the corridors are somewhat narrow, which might feel a bit restrictive at times. That said, the hotel’s prime location more than compensates for this minor inconvenience, providing easy access to nearby amenities.

It is more of a budgeted hotel not like a 3 star but as good as a treebo/ fabhotel It is an old property which used to be sometimes called as a 4 star hotel 20-30 year back. It is highly over priced because it is near dadar station & eastern express Highway.

Worst hotel robbery everywhere fell unsafe and staff is worst and by the way security is worst no costum no sense to talk to guest don't book in this hotel you will always be unsafe only because of staff and security. I was worst decision to book room in

Huge rooms (we had booked suit room) it's so quiet, you have to tell urself that u r in dadar. Staff was very friendly one of the best I encountered. Rooms need a little upkeep not much though. Food was good. The location mind blowing it's at Dadar TT circle. Keep it up.
