If this hotel is doing business, it's because of it's location and courteous staff. It's like an old-time lodge which has the appearance of a hotel. For the tariff they are charging, the room size is small, washroom is very basic and sub-standard quality of toiletries. There's no kettle and coffee-Tea supplies which are generally offered starting from any 3 star hotel of good repute. The room service starts only after 7:15 a.m. What do early risers do? Obviously go out to get the first cuppa tea or wait for them to start their kitchen which spoils mood for the day. The food quality is average but their charges are high. Overall, it's just the location that scores high if one has work at Dadar/Matunga or else staying here otherwise is worthless. The staff is well-behaved and decent. The management really needs to look into vast scope of improvement.

I recently stayed at what I can confidently say is the worst hotel I've ever encountered. Firstly, the drinking water provided was pink and tasted absolutely terrible. It was undrinkable. Whenever I asked for food, whether it was for dinner or lunch, I was always directed to a restaurant in front of the hotel, implying they didn't offer any decent dining options themselves. Moreover, the room I was given was atrocious. Despite paying around 14k for a three-day stay, the room was incredibly small. It was so cramped that you could barely walk around. To make matters worse, the bathroom had multiple issues, including a geyser that wasn't working.

The hotel is bit costly but rooms are well maintained. Behaviour of hotel staff is good, however they can improve service. Asked for couple of things but did not get it during 2 days of my stay. Still it's great place for short stay.

I recently stayed at Hotel City Point in Dadar TT, and it was a pleasant experience. One of the notable aspects of this establishment is the availability of comfortable rooms at budget-friendly rates. Whether you opt for a small or larger room, you can expect a cozy and well-maintained space. The hotel's central location is undoubtedly a significant advantage. It provides easy access to Dadar Railway Station, making it convenient for travelers arriving by train. Additionally, the proximity to nearby street markets adds to the charm, allowing guests to explore the local culture and shop for various items. One of the standout features of Hotel City Point is its courteous and helpful staff. The reception team goes out of their way to assist guests, making the stay even more enjoyable. Their willingness to accommodate requests and provide information adds to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, Hotel City Point at Dadar TT offers excellent value for money with its budget-friendly rates, comfortable rooms, central location, and hospitable staff. Whether you're a traveler passing through or planning a longer stay, this hotel is a worthwhile option for your accommodation needs.

If you are coming from Pune to Dadar via private buses eg: Shivneri, the hotel is walking distance from the last stop.

The biggest mistake I made to book room in the hotel. Rooms are good but the service is pathetic 2 mins maggi they did 45 mins and expensive as well They have only a veg menu. if your the order or get food from outside the they not give you plates bowl any thing They answer me you are not order from our side then why are we giving you. Please dont waste your money. @agoda app is good they give me an awesome deal but I chose the wrong hotel.

It’s a decent average hotel. Not too fancy but not dull as well. We were charged ₹5500 for a day including breakfast(which btw had only Poha) Hotel is clean, staff is polite & helping.
