I usually don't do reviews on Google, but I felt that this needed to be reviewed. This was the most unfriendly and complicated encounter I ever had with a hotel. I understand it is close to the exhibition center, so a lot of exhibitors will consider to go there, but you should think twice if you have enough patience for the unprofessional treatment of the reception and reservations staff. Instead of booking at a portal, I gave them a chance to book directly with them. After a lot of back and forth with their reservations department, they managed somehow to make a reservation for 3 rooms and transferred me to the reception to pay (as I am not joining my colleagues, of course I would need to pay the rooms in advance). Reception didn't pick up the phone and also didn't reply to my eMail (after days) and on the phone once I reached them immediately transferred me back to reservations without even listening. Reservations then ignored the calls and when I called reception again for help, they hung up the phone and blocked it so you can not contact them (because it's to annoying for them to deal with it)! I am shocked to be honest, in all my years of experience as an event manager this is outstanding. So this is my input and experience here for anyone interested.
