Hotel Claridge

Amazing ,lovely hotel with beautiful interior design.Some people might find it away from city center but for us it wasn’t a problem as hotel restaurant was amazing. Underground parking is also a huge plus. Nice pool area. Wonderful breakfast with freshly squeezed juices. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Good water pressure in the shower. I can easily say that 4 stars are well deserved. Well done and thank you for nice stay❤️

The location was great! Just what we needed for this trip. We had 2 adjoining rooms which was perfect for our family so they kids and adults could sleep in separate rooms, yet still be close/safe. Breakfast was amazing! I'm not giving 5 stars because there aren't particularly amazing views (especially with the road construction currently happening), and because the pool has limited hours (11-8) so we didn't even get to use it, is very tiny, and is on the 1st floor so it doesn't have good views either. That being said, employees at reception were very kind/helpful and if we're in the area again, we'll consider returning.

I’d like to compliment the hotel on the family room – it’s really well-designed, especially for families with kids. The layout is very convenient, with a separate door inside the room in addition to the main entrance, which adds privacy and flexibility. The breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

All is good. Clean, spacious and comfy environment. Mattress of the sofa bed is too soft. It would be better if there is a cushion similar to those on the beds. Locates at linea 6 of metro, easy to reach different places. Close to the Retiro Park.||We have 3 people but there were only two glasses in the bathroom, 2 cups and 2 glasses in the bedroom.||I would recommend this hotel.

Hotel The Clardige was really great! The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. There is complimentary coffee in the room which is fabulous. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. My partner and I were extremely happy with our stay there! The only thing I’d have to say about it is that it is a little out of the way, but this wasn’t too bothersome as Madrid is not too big. It was also a shame that the pool was not open as we had booked this hotel thinking it would be. The final thing is that the walls and doors seem to be quite thin and not soundproof - you can hear doors and people walking in the corridor!

Perfect for a business trip, we'll located not far from the airport. Friendly staff and good quality. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel is very nice and staff are friendly. Our room was spacious with a view over the local area. The bathroom was also very roomy, with the same view. Our room rate didn’t include breakfast but we had it anyway and there was a good choice of quality items.||The location is a bit odd as it’s in the middle of an area of residential apartment blocks. The shops nearby are catering for local tastes. It’s easy to get to by public transport from the airport, and we used buses to get around. It’s only about a 15 minute walk to Retiro Park.||We really enjoyed our stay here.

No complaints from me. It was clean, wonderful helpful staff and a very nice hotel in an enjoyable location. It would have been nice to have had slippers and a robe in the room, and the gym had extremely limited opening times - but other than that, it was fab! Thank you!
