Hotel Clarks Shiraz, Agra

I spent ten nights at Hotel Clarks Shiraz for my prayer trip, it was perfect from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such care and attention—it felt like everyone went out of their way to make my stay extra special.||The service was perfect. Big thanks and praises to the bell boys, always with a smile and warm welcoming. ||The whole experience just felt effortless and relaxing. The setting is beautiful, the vibe is peaceful, and the staff made me feel totally pampered. ||Wish I could have stayed longer, but I was already thinking about coming back|||I extend my sincere gratitude to Mr. Manoj for his meticulous attention to detail when coordinating the service. I deeply value your consistent commitment to providing us with a comfortable, home-like experience during each stay.||There are some aspects that need improvement; serving the same items repeatedly every day could lead to guest boredom, so it's important to innovate. ||For the benefit of both staff and the hotel: it's advisable to avoid pre-packaged food for guests at breakfast and dinner, and take-away should be discouraged as it can disrupt service and negatively impact food and beverage costs. Moreover, this practice does not align with the standards of a five-star hotel, as such approaches are typically found in street food vendors and lower-quality establishments, not in a 4-5 star hotel.||The banqueting facilities are exceptional, and I envision having such amenities in Mauritius. it would be No 1 in Mauritius. ||The hotel comes with my highest recommendation. We greatly appreciate the dedicated efforts of both you and your entire staff.

We stayed for 2 days there at the time of Holi. It was wonderful experience.|The arrangement for Holi was awesome. Most of the guests were foreigners who enjoyed Holi more than Indians, which was wonderful experience. ||Rooms are clean and nice. Property overall is very old but still maintained. |It had a nice games room, well maintained.||Experience at swimming pool was not good because of depth of pool, though it starts at 3.5ft and goes to 8ft. But less than 20 percent space is below 5.5ft, so even if you are 6 ft, you don't have much space to enjoy, unless you are a perfect swimmer. So, disappointing pool.||Food was great, they kept offering breakfast, then snacks, then hi tea and then dinner. We enjoyed all means there. Taste was good.||Staff and hospitality were good. We had a one-day stay at Clarks Shiraz on 21st June, with our entire family comprising 25-plus members, including elderly persons, toddlers, and adults – and the experience was, of course, nothing short of extraordinary!||This remained our visit thrice there at Clarks Shiraz, and it kept us impressed with warmth, service, and hospitality. Thanks to the most generous Manoj ji, whose efforts transcended any given expectations to maintain the comfort of our stay. He, along with his team, was always accessible for the tiniest of needs.||Also, some good words for Divya ji and Vijay ji, who have both been sincerely assisting all through the stay. Heartfelt thanks to Vijay ji for going to check on the baby milk for our little daughter around midnight. Divya ji then did the tribute in looking out for our meals and service at the Checkers buffet.||With sumptuous food and flawless service, the care and attention made our stay all the more memorable. ||Thanks once again to Manoj ji and the splendid team, we will cherish their assistance and hope to be back at Clarks soon.||-- A Grateful Family

Well, it was my first visit in Clark Shiraz. In comparison to Raddison, Agra. I’ll prefer this one in terms of value of money (might be either due to off season & packages available). Rooms are standard as per all other 3/4/5 stars hotel chains except Trident & Taj (Agra). Had no issue with staff behavior, cleanliness, service at hotel as lot of reviews shared. Yes, hotel is old as per its presence. Dinner items were limited but taste was perfect for us (salt, spice & ingredients). Few common dishes were missing as post asking came to know that usually these are not a part of their buffet in comparison to other hotels. Same with breakfast but had no complaints. Reason for 4 star rating is their swimming pool which depends upon person to person experience. I found it little bit unsafe in terms of construction but best part was diver/swimming helper was available to compensate that.

Our recent stay at Hotel Clarks Shiraz was an excellent experience. Located conveniently near the Taj Mahal, the hotel offers a luxurious yet comfortable experience ideal for both families and couples. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff stood out. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and quick with check-in. Special thanks to Mr Sonu Sharma and his team who were always courteous and ready to assist with any request — whether it was arranging transport, managing luggage, or providing local guidance. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, offering a great view and a peaceful ambiance. The swimming pool area was well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing afternoon. The hotel also follows proper hygiene protocols, which made us feel very safe and cared for. Food at the in-house restaurants was another highlight. The buffet spread offered a wide variety of Indian and continental dishes, all delicious and freshly prepared. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured we were well looked after. Overall, Clarks Shiraz combines old-world charm with modern comfort and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra, especially for those looking to relax in a premium setting after sightseeing.

This place is amazing especially their food, extremely tasty. They have game rooms and pools which are nice to have as well as a gym that's basic but works. The service as well is top notch.

Worst 5 star hotel.. dont go here....no variety in food .....my brother wedding happened here... rooms r very congested... foul smell from foods. No variety in desserts also.....i don't know why they call themselves 5 star. Services like 1 star

Good fine dine option in Agra. Excellent service. Mr Ramu was courteous and polite. Good ambience and love music, accompanied by excellent cuisine.
