My recent visit to this restaurant was quite pleasant! 🍽️ The food was delicious, and the dining experience was enjoyable. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and friendly. 😊 Its location is slightly off due to on going metro work. I'd happily recommend it! 👍

Rooms were clean and service is great in this hotel. Location is close to Taj Mahal which is good. The buffet breakfast service at Checkers was really good and of note, Divya was very attentive, helpful with answering any questions and quick with clearing the table or helping to bring more masala chai. Her service made the buffet dining experience an enjoyable one.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel especially at Checkers the restaurant. The staff were excellent and friendly especially Divya, Arbaj, Manoj and Amit who got us coffees and were very attentive. |Great location to The Taj Mahal. Beautiful hotel.

Worst hotel on our 12 day trip through Rajasthan. How this hotel has 5 stars is a mystery to me. The humidity in the rooms is extremely high, to the point that the bed and sheets feel damp. Amenities in the bathroom like the vanity kit are rotting in the packaging. Disgusting! Shower head should be changed and the toilet seat is mounted very loosely. The price for a can of soda is extremely high and you might have to wait like 15 min because they don’t seem to care, but walk around like they are the best service staff. Just glad we didn’t have to pay for the buffet since it was included in the travel package. On the ground floor there are shops, where if you just walk by guys will pester you to come inside their shop. No 5 star behavior. And the Wlan is really bad. Took some minutes to even load the reviews on google maps. Totally useless for anything more than that. Wouldn’t spend another night in this trap. I urge every travel agency to replace this as their go to when planning stays in Agra.

The experience was not great!|When we were shown to our rooms, we were presented two rooms with a strong mould smell. We also found the spare toilet roll in 2nd room appeared to heavy been dropped into a toilet then placed back on shelf.|The final rooms we settled with had a mould smell too, but only with the aircon on. Seems they really need to clear he airconditioning. The rooms were not well cleaned and lacking in maintenance, but if the air-conditioning is serviced and cleaned, they might be ok |On our first night at this hotel we also discovered staff were trying to deal with rats in a room a few over from ours.|The hotel appears to deal with tour buses alot but struggles to supply buffet when multiple buses arrive. Food was mostly ok.

The hotel is in a great spot and the rooms are nice, tidy, and decent. However, the staff is lazy and reluctant. No one showed up to transfer my luggage from my room. I called thrice and waited 40 mins. No one.

Beautiful colonial style hotel. We had a spotless room with view of the Taj Mahal. The restaurant had a beutiful view of the gardens & Taj Mahal. Helpful staff & gift shops in the hotel as well as currency exchange.

We stayed at the hotel as part of a tour group. We had the buffet dinner one night and found it very average, most of the food was cold and tasteless. The gym is extremely run down. Now workout towels, hand sanitiser and all the material really needs to be replaced. The rooms are lovely however we had some down time after our early start for the taj mahal and wanted to watch a movie and nothing was available unless you put your mobile phone in and subscribed. I felt the hotel was located some distance from what tourist would be looking for. I felt secluded and wanted to adventure more but was not confident to venture out.
