Our stay at Cleopatra Hotel was outstanding! The staff were professional, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing – delicious, fresh, and with a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Stayed at the cleopartra hotel for 7 nignts and loved every minute ! Set on a quiet street away from the noise and late night revellers but only around the corner from the shops and 4 mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel with Amazing staff , all very helpful and happy to see you . Great food , all prepared fresh everyday with attentive waiters. Good pool , plenty of sun beds and a lovely little jacuzzi . Good room, very comfy double bed , jacuzzi bath a bonus ! Will definitely book again .

I honestly do not know how this hotel counts as a four star hotel. My friends and I stayed here for our first holiday together, and it was awful, it's taken me months to even feel comfortable enough to write this but I dont want anyone else to face the same experience as me.||Whilst using the jacuzzi/hot tub, we were sexually assaulted. So we told the staff straight away, clearly identified the person responsible as they were still out there, and gave additional descriptions. We were ignored, no action was taken, no concern was shown, just silence. And the person responsible was still sitting in said jacuzzi. That alone should be enough to raise serious red flags about how this hotel handles guest safety.||To make matters worse, it was extremely hot, and the hotel refused to provide free drinking water during meals despite us having the half-board package. We were told no tap water was available, and we weren't allowed to bring in our own water bottles as when we did we were told off by staff. This left us dehydrated, uncomfortable, and unwell.|The food was poor quality. Avoid the meat and seafood my friend got food poisoning on the first night. We ended up relying heavily on the supermarket in front of the hotel, which was the only redeeming part of the visit. ||The staff were cold, unhelpful, and often ignored us completely. Whether this was a language issue or not, the lack of effort to communicate or support us was upsetting.||I was looking forward to a fun first holiday away with friends, but it ended up being memorable in all the wrong ways. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially young women or first-time travellers. We felt unsafe, the staff were unfriendly, and it was overall a disappointing and traumatising trip. We deserve refund quite frankly as well as an apology - but i wont hold my bteath! PLEASE avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!

I had to come on to review this wonderful Hotel. A friend and I stayed here for the last 5 days and had the best time! The hotel is in an ideal location near lots of local shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach! The hotel itself has a very calm and friendly environment. A massive shoutout to Miguel who was the loveliest member of staff- who was there every evening with a huge smile and full of great recommendations. Also shoutout to Freddie who was super helpful with local recommendations too. We had a great experience at this hotel! Thank you.

Me and my partner's stay at the Cleopatra Spa Hotel was very enjoyable and pleasant. Breakfast was pretty good overall. A tad bit more variation would have been welcome, but the churros were exquisite. The room was excellent, nothing to complain about apart from the fact that the walls were thin, and so you could hear people from other rooms. Room service was amazing. Service was good, although one staff member in particular stood out as very, very welcoming and friendly. Miguel was always happy to help and did it with a contagious smile. His positive attitude had a big impact on the quality of our stay. As a history nerd, I absolutely loved the ancient Egyptian theme. So cool and the quality of construction and decoration was impressive.

Myself and My girlfriend decided to stay here for 4 nights, recently. We flew in on the Wednesday and left on the Sunday and wow! What a fantastic hotel! The theme was something out of a fairly tale it was wonderful and the decor was perfect! There's I believe to memory 2 x big pharaohs in the reception area. The rooms were were lovely we had such a wonderful view of the pool and the hotel from our room! The room itself was okay as I mentioned myself and my girlfriend went. So we had 2 x single beds put together which was a little annoying but nothing major. The WiFi as well was but bad as well it kept cutting out and causing me to reconnect every 5 minutes! Another then the 2 x points perfect hotel it's lovely and only 5 minutes away from the sea! The gentleman (Miguel I think) he was absolutely lovely he's so nice as we came in on our first to check in and he was a gem Give the man a pay rise! He deserves it!

We stayed B&B for 7 nights at the Hotel Cleopatra Spa. We found it to be true to the many reviews we read before booking, so were not disappointed. It is worth reading them in order to get a balanced opinion. Overall, we would say, the hotel represents good value for the money. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were good with a wide variety of choices. The Hotel is ideally located for the shops and restaurants and only a pleasant 10 min walk to the beach. |The walls seemed a bit thin, so if you have inconsiderate neighbours, you can find yourself hearing every word spoken by them and pieces of furniture scuffed across the floor and doors slammed into the early hours! |There are splendid costal walks at either end of the Beach. We highly recommend a visit to Cala Banys cocktail-bar along the costal path towards Platja Fenals bay. We visited several times, drinking cold beer, enjoying the magnificent views while listening to a mix of fantastic music; blues, jazz, soul, country and other genres.
