HOTEL CLOCCHIATTI NEXT

Rooms in the main Villa aren’t soundproofed, loud traffic throughout the night, also an overwhelming smell of pest repellent/ mothballs. Seems that all rooms differ greatly from one another. Can’t recommend staying in Villa, especially 207. Probably the annexes are more like the advertised pictures. Nobody asked about my stay at the checkout hence this unflattering feedback here

Staff were really friendly. The hotel is 10min away walking distance from the centrum and has its own parking spot. Nice breakfast as well.

Not the worst hotel I’ve been in, but there were a few problems that made the stay less pleasant. Please be advised that late check-in might be an issue. On the app I booked it only said check-in opens at 2pm but not that it closes in the evening (8pm if I saw correctly). During late hours there was no one at the reception. The room was ok, but the one I stayed in was not to my taste, I suppose. Bright orange and pitch black don’t feel comfortable for a hotel stay, but others might like it. The hotel annex where most of the rooms are, seems to be built from a storage building or a barn. The room smelled, whether it’s the carpet or the drapes, I couldn’t tell. Service seemed quite poor and the gentleman preparring the breakfast was quite annoyed at being approached. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, we found better coffee and pastry in the bakery. The toilet was mostly clean, apart from the toilet seat which hasn’t been cleaned. I also found a few insects in the room. All in all, it’s not worth the price.

Fantastic hosts for a family wedding. Beautiful rooms. Amazing service and location. The pool and garden is stunning! Highly recommend!

Unfortunately we only spent one night here, but we will definitely be back. We felt very comfortable, the hosts were very friendly, authentic and accommodating. Breakfast great, room and the entire hotel very skilful design. The location is very central, only a few minutes walk to the city center. So overall a wonderful hotel with good taste and friendly staff, if you can get a room here you really need look no further...

What a lovely find Hotel Clocchiatti Next was. From the well appointed rooms both in the new section as well as the old. The breakfast was exceptional. The secure parking was an unexpected and appreciated bonus as street parking is at a premium. We traveled back two additional times while on our trip and loved each stay. It is within walking distance of the old town, shops, restaurants, cafe's. They have a lovely bar and will serve you a drink which you can take outdoors and enjoy the pool area. The owners and staff so friendly and helpful.

I spent only one night in this hotel, arriving late in the night and leaving early in the morning.||However, I had a very friendly and courteous treatment from the staff (maybe the owner) and I was delighted of their care. The location is very silent and had a very good sleep quality. The room I had was a bit small but very fine for such a short stay. Good choice of Italian style breakfast. The room was clean and functional with nice decoration. The bathroom was fully furnished with shower box (no bathtub). Internet was easy to connect with very simple username and password (only inconvenience that the connection would be lost and had to login again after some time without using it). This hotel offers a very good value for the price and I strongly recommend it.

This hotel is 10 minute walk to the main square/piazza in Udine. Parking is free in a gravel parking lot at the back of the hotel. This boutique hotel is quite unique. We stayed in the large family room with queen size bed, sofa bed and numerous chairs. It was huge and felt very spacious for the 3 adults staying in the room. Breakfast was not included in our booking and was purchased for 10 euro each. It was satisfactory with hot and cold food available. Staff were absolutely hospitable, friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that you could hear guests in the hallway and other rooms. However we were probably the noisiest in the hotel! Very clean and would stay here again.
