,A charming boutique hotel, beautifully designed and with a warm and young athmosphere. The team made his best to let us feel at home, with personal attention. The gests can take freely a bottle of water to the room. The room was cozy, clean and well designed and the air condition worked well. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a large variety, fresh and tasty. It takes only 10-15 minutes by foot to get to the old city or to restaurants. The place is central but very quiet. There is a very nice roof bar at the 7 floor and after 16 they prepare homemade pinzas at the lobby bar. The bonus was we could hire a bicycle in the hotel (10 euro half day) ! We had a great time riding through the city and the amazing Englischer gardens parc. We enjoyed the locker for the keeping of the luggages the last day. Great value for money! Thanks!

From check-in to check-out, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a fresh and generous breakfast, with plenty of vegetables and even pre-made oat yogurt for those who prefer a lighter start to the day - but don’t worry, traditional options like eggs and sausages are available too. Rooms are on the smaller side, but they are well designed and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the automatic night lights in the hallway - a small but very nice detail. Parking is available in the hotel’s own underground garage (no reservations; first come, first served). In the evenings, you can enjoy the lobby bar, open until midnight, with a pleasant garden area until night quiet hours begin, as well as the rooftop bar before it closes later at night. A great choice for a stay in Munich - it will certainly be my first choice when returning.

Our family had a great stay at this charming hotel! There were no issues with the hotel storing our bags on arrival so we could enjoy our time in Munich prior to check-in. The rooms were sleek and modern, and we felt very at home. The breakfast each day was just amazing... such attention to detail by the hardworking staff, including a coffee machine that made our drinks to order. The location was close to public transportation, and walkable to several tasty restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hotel. Paid extra for breakfast each morning, which was well worth it and a good selection to eat and drink. Rooms were modern and clean. Only thing missing was a mini fridge if it is something you were looking for. ||Drinks in the evening were not overpriced. Good location for walking into Munich, about 10 to 15 minutes. Would definitely visit this hotel again.

Really great atmosphere. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are nice and modern, a little unique but not to a fault! I wish I could live in a complex like this full time.. best atmosphere in a hotel i’ve stayed in ever.. and the staff were very accomodating to my uni exam requirements.

Honestly I was worried from the reviews, but thankfully they were harsh. Yeah, I would say it is a small room and a bathroom separate from the sink and a hard bed, but the rest is so pleasant. Definitely a pleasant resting space for oktoberfest.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here and the hotel does have a nice slightly quirky feel to it which is fun. ||The rooms were nice and clean but we did find them a bit on the small side. Even using the wash basin was a little tricky due to the walls either side of it and putting your head down over the basin to wash was tricky without head butting the water spout. ||||There is a fun hanging basket chair which was a nice novelty though personally I would have preferred the extra space in the room. ||Mattress was very comfortable and we both slept well and the lounge/breakfast/dining area was also quite pleasant as were most of the staff. There was one sadly, whom we rarely saw with a smile on her face but we could cope with that. ||||It was also lovely in good weather days that both the front and back patio doors would be opened allowing the outdoors to come in. The big downside to this was that the buffet breakfast was mostly uncovered and at times the buffet breakfast food was covered with nasty blue bottle flies enjoying the breakfast before us. This we found extremely off putting especially if you know what these flies do to the food and could easily be remedied by having the food in covered containers like many other hotels do. ||Location was pretty good being about a 15 minute walk to the old town main area and shops. ||||One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel has a policy to only make up/clean your room if you ask them too, we didn’t realise this as it wasn’t brought to our attention in check in but the staff were very apologetic and remedied the situation.

The hotel is cozy and has a calm and very cool atmosphere. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Mind that this is a green hotel, so room cleaning is only on request.
