I stayed at Hotel Collect last December and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond—helping with restaurant reservations, giving thoughtful recommendations, and explaining nearby attractions in a way that made exploring Budapest effortless. The breakfast was outstanding: delicious, high quality, and with a great variety of food and drinks to start the day right. Hotel Collect is a unique boutique hotel with generous, tasteful design and a calm, refined atmosphere. The facilities are well maintained and very well staffed, making the whole stay feel personal and comfortable rather than generic. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stylish, intimate hotel with exceptional service in the heart of Budapest.

The stay at the hotel was an excellent experience from the very first moment. The staff welcomed us with a smile and were courteous, professional, and available for any request throughout our stay. The room was very clean, spacious, tastefully designed, and equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. The hotel’s location is excellent—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, yet still quiet and pleasant. Breakfast was rich, fresh, and varied, with great attention to the small details. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, and we would be very happy to return and highly recommend it to friends and family.

Very nice boutique hotel with nice rooms. If you like a more intimate, quiet, and low-key hotel this hotel is perfect.The interior was modern and clean. The bed was soft and warm, and the complimentary breakfast was simple, but high quality.Most of all, the staff was very professional and friendly.

A perfect stay – High-end luxury in the heart of the city! ​An exceptional boutique hotel just a minute’s walk from the Astoria metro station. The location is unbeatable – right within walking distance of the Jewish Quarter, local markets, and all the main attractions. ​The rooms are incredibly luxurious, spacious, and designed to a very high standard. The bathroom was a highlight: very spacious with a huge, relaxing rain shower and consistent water temperature. Cleanliness here is on a phenomenal level – absolutely spotless! ​As for the sleep quality, the beds are beyond comfortable. They even offer a detailed pillow menu which made our sleep experience truly wonderful. Despite being so central, the hotel is perfectly quiet. ​Breakfast was amazing – delicious, varied, and served in a very intimate atmosphere. A huge thank you to the staff who were kind, attentive, and available via WhatsApp at any hour. They truly made us feel like we were the only guests in the hotel. ​If you want to disconnect, relax, and be pampered – this is the place. A perfect 10/10 experience!

We were at the beautiful Collect Hotel for 7 nights. The stay was excellent, starting from the telephone treatment we received before our arrival, and in every matter during our stay here. The treatment of all the workers was professional, very polite, quiet and very pleasant. Of course, the location of the place is very convenient for reaching all the sites in the city. On a recent three week trip, this was our favorite small boutique hotels. It is located on a quiet street across from a small park and is in proximity to the Jewish quarter, the river and the vibrant old town near the river where there are innumerable restaurants. So close to everything and yet we never heard any noise. The staff was incredible--helping with reservations and taxis, making drinks and serving an amazing breakfast with not only a large number of tasty options, but omelettes prepared upon request. Everyone who worked there was very nice and gracious. The rooms were spacious, beautiful and very comfortable. And there is a handsome lobby downstair where the staff can prepare a perfect martini if you have to wait on a taxi. I highly recommend this small hotel if you are in Budapest.

Amazing hotel! Central, yet located in a quiet area with charming, picturesque streets and alleys. The rooms and common areas are beautifully designed, with great attention to every detail—both visually pleasing and comfortable. Spacious and luxurious rooms. The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, going out of their way to assist in every possible way without being intrusive. The stay was both indulgent and homey at the same time. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Hotel Collect Budapest was absolutely wonderful! The entire staff was superb – always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They genuinely cared about our comfort and were ready to assist with any request we had.
