Hotel Colón Rambla

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colon Rambla. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The room featured large windows, beautiful decor, excellent lighting, and a well-placed TV that could be adjusted. Special praise goes to the housekeeping and room maintenance – everything was spotless! The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast was of high quality and excellent. The hotel has a small gym, and the pool area was sheltered and pleasant, although there were no additional services available there. Nearby, you’ll find various services and a park. The hotel is just a short walk from the heart of the city, making it very convenient.

This was our second stay in this hotel, we were in Junior Suite, with balcony looking on the pool side. Room was very tidy and spacious, breakfast was amazing! It is located 10 minute walk from a city center. I had rent a car parked in hotel's garage. Garage is narrow and small but you get used to it. Hotel staff is amazing!

We stayed in the Junior Suite, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was spacious. The double glazing was excellent, ensuring there was absolutely no noise in the room. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide spread of fresh and flavorful options that we truly enjoyed. The staff were exceptionally helpful and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel’s location was another highlight—perfectly situated close to all the main areas, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its comfort, service, and prime location!

Visited on 20th December for two nights. Due to airline reschedule we arrived 10 hours earlier than booking but the reception staff were wonderful in accommodating us. We had dinner both nights in the inhouse restaurant which is a small and cosy area. The menu was very varied, the food was excellent and the staff most attentive. For the two breakfasts the food buffet was one of the most extensive I have seen being continually replenished. The room was very good with a wonderful bed and pillows!|The centre of town is a way down the hill but it helps in keeping you fit!|We would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit the city.

Excellent hotel. Enjoyed a room with a patio overlooking the pool. Very clean and nice amenities. Helpful staff at check in/out. We had a very nice dinner, well prepared and presented. Great location. Nice wine bar on the block. This is a hidden gem in the city.

The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the town. Staff are so lovely and helpful. The rooms are modern and clean. This is our second stay in this hotel and I really can't recommend it enough! (And the breakfast is excellent)

The hotel was good, great location and really helpful staff. The pool was great and so was the availability of deck chairs. The breakfast was good and quite diverse (everyone could find sth). My room was huge and the shower had a lot of pressure. Over all great experience.

Wonderful hotel. Very clean and well fitted our. The staff were all extremely friendly and were extremely amenable. The only 'slightly downside for us was the distance from the centre of Santa Cruz. It was probably just 5 minutes walk further than ideal. However, it was a quiet location because of that.
