Hotel Colón Rambla

An interesting option to enjoy downtown Santa Cruz on a reasonable budget. Rooms are adequate in size and amenities. Clean and reasonably maintained although the hotel starts to show the need for renovation and I've been in rooms where ventilation could be better. Service is professional and friendly. Hotel location is excellent. Just leave and walk to enjoy downtown dinner. Hotel parking is often sold out, so make a reservation with front desk if you arrive by car. I have not tried the restaurant yet. Not even for breakfast. No review of that yet.

Good value for money. The hotel presents a very reasonable choice, it is a short walk from the city centre, away from crowds and hustle and bustle and yet close enough to all the amenities you might need. The hotel facilities are great, pool, gym, massage room and a bar. I haven’t tried the restaurant so I can’t comment on that.

This was our second stay here. Great location, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Friendly and helpful service, particularly as the 2 days we stayed the hotels and hospitality sector were on strike in Tenerife. The junior suite is well worth it and overlooks the pool. Also handy underground parking if you reserve in advance.

If you are looking for a comfortable hotel in Santa Cruz de Tenerife which is comfortable and well managed this is a good choice. Despite the attractive swimming pool and garden, this is not a 'resort' hotel but a quiet hotel in the very smartest and quietest part of town.|Our room, 303, was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in for a while for the price. Very spacious, comfortable king bed, and a reasonable size balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is fine, with a rainfall shower with plenty of pressure.|There is a restaurant, but with a Michelin restaurant (Etereo) 10 minutes walk away across a park, and several Tripadvisor recommended places also in walking distance, in honesty there are better places to eat.|The hotel breakfast was very good.|Recommended stay

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Colon Rambla. Our spacious room had a balcony overlooking the pool and surrounding area. The room featured large windows, beautiful decor, excellent lighting, and a well-placed TV that could be adjusted. Special praise goes to the housekeeping and room maintenance – everything was spotless! The customer service was outstanding. The breakfast was of high quality and excellent. The hotel has a small gym, and the pool area was sheltered and pleasant, although there were no additional services available there. Nearby, you’ll find various services and a park. The hotel is just a short walk from the heart of the city, making it very convenient.

Lovely hotel, staff so attentive and just lovely. Room was really nice and spacious. Absolutely loved the pool. Would recommend and 10 minute walk to the shops in town!

There are so many fixtures in the room so you do not have enough space to feel comfortable. Service of the employees is really poor and unprofessional, when you ask a question they reply with sarcasm, they are not helpful. One of the first hotels I have been that do not offer a microwave service if needed or they charged you to use a small room 30€ per hour. If you can, go to the Hotel Taburiente which is few minutes away

Excellent hotel in the city center. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean and well equipped, the breakfast was varied and tasty. We had a great time in this fantastic hotel. Thanks.
