Central to everything in downtown Cancun. Loud music as it is near the bar. It is near the Ado bus station and city centre. Near the airport and hotel zone. Easy to catch the bus to the main beach along hotel zone (R1 bus). Great value if you want to stay and check out downtown Cancun. TV does not work. Wifi is weak in the room. Overall, it is okay.

Bedbugs! I booked this hotel assuming that for the price, the amenities would be basic but reasonable. But the room was in bad condition. The TV didn’t work, the WiFi isn’t great, the bathroom was in poor condition, the shower had no hot water, and the outside noise is quite loud. But by far the worst thing was the beds. They were quite old, but I was too tired to focus on that. Within 20 minutes of laying down I could feel bedbugs biting me. I immediately changed hotels the next day. Please don’t stay here.

It was not such a great experience. We were there for the weekend and the restaurants nearby were playing loud music until 5 am. Hotel management couldnt do anything about it. If you love music then this is for you :)

The worst experience ever. The hotel had a bad smell, the rooms were claustrophobic. The air conditioning machine was falling, the sink of the bathroom was broken but the worst thing is that the hotel was just in front of a disco and the windows were not sound proof so it was like to have the music in the rooms.

First room we got had diapers on the bed. Second room had no shampoo and no soap, broken sink, smudged bed sheet, pillows smelled “dusty”and a broken window from which you can hear all night EXTREMELY loud music. Floor was dirty and towels crusty, we had to change them twice. Never again

Quiet, safe hotel in a tourist-friendly part of town. Staff are extremely helpful, friendly and chatty. The rooms are spotless, spacious and air conditioned. A busy market 100metres down the street comes alive at night with bars, restaurants, street foods, trinkets and miracles cures for baldness. The Red Bus (R1) runs from outside the hotel to the main beaches. It leaves every couple of minutes ($1 each way for the 20 min journey). There are also dozen of daily tours within 100m of the hotel door. There is no pool as hinted on the website. It can get noisy at night - the local bars sometimes stay open until very late but it's only on certain nights. There are no luxuries such as tea or coffee in the rooms or lobby - just a small selection of soft drinks and potato chips to purchase at the lobby. Lastly, the rooms are poorly lit - the hotel design means that most of the rooms don't get natural light or views (ask in advance if you need a view). Internet is very patchy. One very nice touch is an onsite masseur who can do room visits or chair massages in the lobby and he's excellent. There's also a handy little roof garden to wash and hang your clothes if you've been on the road a long time. Perfect for anyone on a budget who wants to feel safe, secure and avoid the expensive Cancun beach strip. Don't be put off by low prices, it's an excellent little spot.

We stay here on our second visit through Cancun because the first hotel we stay at was full. Check in was fast & staff friendly . The room and furniture are fit for a 3 star hotel. I will give another 1/2 a star if they would get rid of the old carpet. Location was close to the ADO bus, restaurants and shops. Do not ask the front desk to call a taxi for you as the charge was three time the amount.

Great budget friendly option. Felt safe and the staff was very nice. Room was clean. Showers didn't have hot water and only one "soap" for multi purpose usage. Beds were comfortable
