Hotel Colors Inn

A fantastic hotel with brilliant consistency! From the polite and welcoming reception staff to the varied and delicious food everything is top notch. Every member of the hotel, the kitchen staff and the cleaning staff are friendly, polite and always smiling. My favourite thing about this hotel is the level of cleanliness and hygiene standards. I'm very impressed and when I'm next in Sarajevo I will definitely stay here. Thank you to the staff and hotel for making our stay enjoyable and unforgettable.

(Stay during a Colette tour in October 2024) If I was in a different room I might feel differently about the hotel - but a number of my toutmates had similar comments. The room itself was okay - however the hotel is located on an extremely busy street so heard a ton of street noise and honking all hours of day/night. For me whenever anyone seem to drive up or down the road, the way the glass is situated with a wide space, it would hold the sound and vibrate the windows leading outside. It constantly sound like there was a rumbling bass vibration sound that was never ending. The cooling didn't work and room temp was too warm and stuffy to be comfortable. Shower stall leaked all over the floor and water pressure was good but temp was not consistent. Towel warmer also did not work. Room provided tea and coffee, nice toiletries and slippers but no robe. Easy walking distance to area mall and restaurants. Downtown market is roughly 15-20 minute walk. Door didn't have an extra security lock so felt a little unsafe as a solo female traveler. If returning to the area would select a different hotel.

Really nice place to stay. Clean. Friendly staff. Great value. Close to everything. Breakfast was great. Def will stay again next time if we are in Sarajevo.

My wife and I visited for the first time. We were delighted with our choice of hotel. It was a lovely boutique hotel. |The room was excellent. The staff were faultless in their service . The hotel had an extensive breakfast choice, one of the best we have had. ||Hotels as well situated with easy access to all places we wanted to visit |Highly recommended.

rooms are very clean and tidy.the information card are very detailed. mini bar has everthing and all from good brands.the staff is kind and helpfull. They were also so kind to celebrate my birthday with a complimentary gift. definitly advise anyone and be will be here on our next visit.

What a surprise treasure! Everything looked fantastic, front desk person was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Breakfast variety was very nice. Great variety and high quality. Little extra touches here and there went a long way!
