a bit far from the centre, car necessary. Nice hotel, old fashion style and rooms good. The really bad thing are beds very very hard to sleep. Apart from these an excellent hotel

Rooms were nice and clean, comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant was quiet but the waitress was very friendly and welcoming and the food was nice. We had the set price meal with a bottle of wine which was good value. |I also left my iPad behind and the hotel staff were so good and packaged it up ready for collection. Very impressed with the overall professionalism and helpfulness of all the staff

We have stayed in this hotel many times when travelling to and from Santander ferry port. It’s just off the motorway. The hotel is spotless and roomy. The bar/cafeteria is excellent and the staff were very friendly. Cannot fault anything. Parking on the road is fine and safe.

Very nice hotel in the vicinity of the highway. Quiet rooms even on the street side. Typically Spanish breakfast - coffee and croissant;)

Stayed twice whilst driving from Santander to Algarve and back. First time no problems with our black Labrador and only had breakfast. Rooms big and clean and very comfortable. Breakfast coffee good and croissant ok.||On return journey at check in - was told only small dogs so ok this time but next time basically find somewhere else!!! Was pretty disappointed with this as we like the hotel and our dog is large but beautifully behaved (bit of discrimination about size of dogs - not sure they really only want little ones that sleep on the bed and have a tendency to bark). We had a lovely meal in restaurant and waiter was fantastic- great pork and fish. Breakfast coffee good again but out of croissants so toast instead which was fine. Would love to stay again if they make my dog welcome.

I was traveling and I was searching for a hotel in Valladolid with a safe parking when I found this one.||The parking is really safe, it has a car lift, so be aware of your height's car if you really need it. It will not fit very tall jeeps.|Price: 10eur extra||There is also free parking outside on the street.||The rooms are really good and I really liked the style. Everything was super clean.||I didn't have breakfast at the hotel but I had a sandwich which I don't remember the name but it had chicken. Totally recommended!||Very kind staff.||It's a good hotel if you are traveling and need to stop, since it is very close to the motorway.

Looked nice on paper with a four star rating but disappointing at the end of the exercise.||We booked one night. Room was nice but over heated (35 degrees is quite too much imo).||Food as been quite an experience. We tried the "Plato catellano" which sounded traditional. We ended with a mix of ham eggs chips and loom bathing in oil... Service was poor, not a smile from the reception side nor the restaurant side.||Rooms was noisy, stuck between a highly frequented road and the air conditioning units.||Will nt recommend this particular one and cannot understand the four stars rating....

the restaurant staff keeps going, providing candlelight... (on the night, there appeared to be an electricity failure in that part of Valladolid). Excellent hotel for an overnight stop, good quality/price relation, friendly, helpful staff and a decent restaurant with some fine wines. Breakfast is hardly worth the effort. Good clean hotel, located close to the highway.
