This hotel is a lovely and ideal location in the heart of Puno! The staff is incredibly gracious and helpful! I needed a toothbrush, and they were able to retrieve one and bring it to my room within 10 minutes! Also, upon returning from Lake Titicaca , I had to go another six hours until by bus station pickup, and they stored my luggage, no extra charge, and it was very safe. My hotel room had hot water from the facet and warm water in the shower. If you use conditioner, either bring your own or pick some up. The price is very fair for the accommodations and location. Breakfast was perfect!

Located in the center of town next to a church. Two blocks. You have a number of restaurants to explore. From the hotel you may have a view of lake Titicaca. Shopping is in the area. Staff at this hotel is very helpful.

After booking through Bolivia Hop and paying for the rooms in full, I was contacted separately from the hotel saying the rate had changed, it was peak season, and asking for more money. Is that even legal? Very disappointed with the business practice. Also, the rate they were asking for is even higher than the prices I see online. Shocking that they can still work with tourist agencies like Bolivia Hop with this kind of behavior.

This place looks nothing like photos. Very run down with frayed carpet and mould in bathroom. ||Privacy in bathroom questionable - with frosted window from shower to the hotel corridor. WTAF. The water was cold.||NOISE - this is the noisiest hotel in the whole of Peru (and that is saying something). People singing in the square to all hours of the morning , competing with car horns and car alarms only to be trumped by the large school assembly at 0800, complete with brass band. Just diabolical. No sleep. No rest. ||Noise from other guests also loud. Cleaning staff have walker talkies or phones on speaker that are also loud early in the morning. This place was torture to try and sleep in.||Breakfast stops at 0830 - a bit early for holiday makers. Breakfast was very sad. No toaster just a sandwich press. ||This hotel fails to meet the basic requirements of a good nights sleep, a comfortable bed and a hot shower. ||I definitely won’t be back.

This hotel does not get much right. The location is great but very noisy - preventing any amount of restful sleep . First night had people behind church singing to amplified music. Second night had teenagers playing boom box loudly. Add that to the constant car horns, car alarms, whistles blowing and then add to that a school adjacent to hotel that just loves an early morning assembly complete with brass band. The walls seemed very thin - I could hear text messages from next room. Every conversation by other guests in hallways seemed amplified. Diabolical conditions in which to sleep (with added altitude). The noise is not the hotels fault - but the failure to provide heavier drapes or double glazing to mitigate the noise is. |Shower room shabby and nothing like pictures. Window from shower into main corridor - any one walking past gets a pretty good illumination of your body shape and what you are doing in there. But don’t worry there ain’t much hot water or water pressure. The mold in all the silicone will put you off having a shower anyway .|Breakfast is bad. This morning at 0700 there were no eggs or sausage in the Bain Marie - the whole time we were there no effort was made to replenish anything. Food out from 0530 with no refrigeration. Only cereal was for children. Jam jars were empty and had to be requested to be refilled. My bread roll I chose seemed to have mold on the bottom - so I could not really eat anything. Staff could not care less. Breakfast is woeful at best. We got there at 0730 so not the end of breakfast service. Today it was inedible.|This place has heaps of potential but it is not being realized at all.

The hotel was cute. Booked it as part of my Peru Hop bus ride. We had four people in our family so we had to get two rooms. The rooms had comfortable beds for each person, nice interior, and a small TV. A wall mounted hairdryer didn’t work, but the front desk provided one. The rooms had single pane windows that were easy to open and let air flow through, but we were on the front of the hotel and could hear the street noise at night. I heard two dog fights that woke me up, so I’d suggest asking for a room that doesn’t face the front of the hotel. The front desk people were so warm and welcoming and they had coca tea to drink for free. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of tea options, fresh bread, fresh local cheeses and meats, and sweet watermelon. The hotel was close to the square and lots of restaurants options. Even though we had to stay in two rooms, I’d stay here again.

Great value for your money. It's right near the center of Puno so many things are in easy walking distance, which is good if you aren't used to the elevation. The staff are so friendly and speak English pretty well. It really made life a lot easier. It's super cute and very clean. Easily one of the best hotels on our trip.
