Hotel Confort

We stayed here during Untold festival. During the night, we could still hear the music, but this is not the hotel’s fault as music is extremely loud during the festival and you can hear it literally from everywhere. Other than the music, the rooms were quiet, especially in the morning. Temperature was very pleasant. Room has everything it needs. It’s big, you even have a small living area inside, also very clean and the staff was very friendly. Because we were here for the festival, they even extended the breakfast hours, which was also a very nice thing to do. Breakfast had quite a few options, coffee was good, food was good, desert was good. Location is 12-15 mins walk from the city center and 25-27 mins walk from the festival, which was also very convenient, as we saved the money we would have used for Uber. The cleaning lady was very polite and came to check in if we need any new towels or to make up the room. Parking is quite small, this would be the main problem from my POV. All in all, a very nice experience.

Spending here a night for the second time and we were fully satisfied with the place. The room was clean and looks quite modern.

Had a good stay here.|Modern and clean room, especially the bathroom was neat.|Friendly staff.|The city center is nearby, you can walk to most sights of the city, meaning, there`s a good number of restaurants, bars and stores nearby as well.|Only minus points: the wifi reception in my room was quite bad and the hallways are a little too dark.|Nonetheless, it's reccomendable to stay here.

It is a good location for the price. It is close to most of the scenic locations in Cluj, and the room was well-kept. The bathroom had heated floors, breakfast was decent, and the staff was very helpful. Being near the botanical gardens makes it a great choice for sight-seeing and means it is quiet in the evening. If you walk around Cluj it is easy to find your way back, and it has its own parking if you are driving.

Nice place, very clean, close to city center, reception 24/7, however the mini bar could have contained more and the shower could have been better equipped

I’ve chosen this hotel for the proximity of the event I had to participate and I do not regret the option. Room is big, but I think we’ve got an upgrade after some missunderstanding during the reservation. Breakfast is not included, but can be paid on site, reception is 24/24 and you can buy coffee/drinks from the fridge. Close to city center also (15 minutes). Parking spots available and public parking too.

Very nice & modern hotel, clean rooms and good water pressure even on the 3rd floor where we had our room. Breakfast had good variety of food and vegetarian option too which was a big plus!! Cătălin from the reception made us feel welcomed and was very helpful with our questions.

It's affordable for a short trip. The service and the food is good, but there are only a few parking spaces around the hotel. The design of the building structure is strange, you have to watch out for the random level differences in the hallway and at the bathroom inside the hotel room.
