Hotel Confort

I’ve chosen this hotel for the proximity of the event I had to participate and I do not regret the option. Room is big, but I think we’ve got an upgrade after some missunderstanding during the reservation. Breakfast is not included, but can be paid on site, reception is 24/24 and you can buy coffee/drinks from the fridge. Close to city center also (15 minutes). Parking spots available and public parking too.

Lack of parking space Really noisy inside the rooms they have no soundproofness Theres’s also a problem that you do not have any control over the heating system so i could not sleep the 2 nights i have stayed almost at all, windows open and all still about 30 degrees inside the room , i asked the receptionist to turn down the heat, not sure if they did but it was still 30 degrees

Very nice & modern hotel, clean rooms and good water pressure even on the 3rd floor where we had our room. Breakfast had good variety of food and vegetarian option too which was a big plus!! Cătălin from the reception made us feel welcomed and was very helpful with our questions.

It's affordable for a short trip. The service and the food is good, but there are only a few parking spaces around the hotel. The design of the building structure is strange, you have to watch out for the random level differences in the hallway and at the bathroom inside the hotel room.

Loved my room, it has a beautiful view, it’s big and comfy. The location is great, walking distance from the city center. The attention was great, the staff is very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.

Cannot thank the owner enough for all she did for our family. Breakfast was an unexpected surprise. Rooms are clean and spacious Ac a plus. Transport by taxi or bus to center of town is available Great walking town

Great Hotel in Cluj. Very nice and helpful staff, convenient location 10-15 min walk from Old Town despite a moderate climb when you're walking back from downtown to Hotel. Recommend!
