Hotel Conrad

Nice, cosy feeling. Good breakfast and location close to train station. Excellent and helpful staff at the front desk. However, the rooms are bit outdated and had some issues with hot water etc., so for that reason 4- star review. Anyhow, I could go other time as well.

Arrived at 4 but the room was still not cleaned and ready😕. The smell from the kitchen is strong. Breakfast is good especially their SCONES👍

Nice. Great location. There is some room for improvement in how the flow of people works at the breakfast buffet at peak hours.

A great place to stay. It is clean and has everything you need. It is close to the train and bus station and a couple of blocks from downtown. It is a really good choise if you wanna visit Karlskrona, just the internet could be better but apart from that is a nice option. The people at the lobby is really helpful.

Customer service is terrible.|Made a booking and needed to cancel just 1 hour later but was told tough they cannot help even though we stay 6 or 7 times a year. Asked if we could change the dates as we are regular guests but that was quickly declined also.

Went there for the champagne brunch. We had reserved a window table and had made that clear. But when we got there, they showed us to a table in the middle of the restaurant. After we told them, they quickly fixed another table. Free flow champagne and they filled up the glasses frequently. Never empty. Very good sashimi. Also the Italian station was good. Also some dishes from the menu that was served to the table

We work for Roxtec and are here for a week for Training. Sophia and Katarina were our first impression of Hotel Conrad. They are WONDERFUL!!! Breakfast was delicious!!! Much of the food is freshly made. Katarina's biscuits were scrumptious! Sophia told us the Hotel felt their homeade pastries, cookies and cakes were important to the culture of the Hotel. They are certainly DELICIOUS! She gave us a sample warm from the oven so yummy! The atmosphere is so welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable with everything we need. I'm so grateful Roxtec chose Hotel Conrad for our stay. It's very personable and we would come stay again in a minute. It's a friendly home away from home. Easy access to all the wonderful things to see in Karlskrona. We love it here and hope you feel the genuine gratitude in this post.. THANK YOU, HOTEL CONRAD! You gave us a beautiful first impression of the City. We are looking forward to the remainder of our stay!

Just a few hundred meters from the train (and bus) station, location couldn't be better if this is your means of transportation.||Conrad also offers parking on their inner yard (not so many spots - check with the reception in advance).||||On the outside the building is plain and even dull, but once inside it's nicer. The hotel has several buildings which connects with an inner terraced yard.||||Rooms are quite spacious and ok in every basic way. Comfortable beds.||A small fridge is available and a fan - no AC...||||Standard, but good breakfast.||||The staff, although kind and friendly, seems a bit amateurish. Uncertainty characterizes the decisions and recommendations.||||Affordable though, so it can be recommended for one or two nights.
