Hotel Constanza was a great place to stay, and I have to state clearly that the staff is all very friendly and helpful, from front of house to the main lodging services. However, I have to mark the rooms down and therefore the overall location because of an advertising lie on their website. We booked a superior room with a king bed specifically because of the note that it came with a private terrace. After getting to the hotel, it was obvious that this wasn't the case. As such, we went and spoke with the main desk and they stated there is only a possibility of a private terrace even though the website specifically states this option includes this amenity. I have included a screenshot of their direct website that shows this as still listed for this booking option.
Again, the staff was really great but their management and ownership needs to correct this advertised item as it is empirically false and I would go so far as to say this is false advertising, be it intentional or not. Additionally, the rooms are not very soundproof. We had an incredibly noisy neighbor that required a call down to the front desk before they stopped yelling and jumping around, ie they were doing this till roughly 1/2 am.
I want to stress that the staff was really great, the issues are with the hotel ownership and management staff for being ok with this type of false advertising. Cause once you're at the hotel as a tourist visiting the city, whatelse are you supposed to do other than "just deal with it". I would recommend not opting for any room listing that states a terrace is included as it will mostlikely not and it will most likely cost you more than a standard room with basically the same space and functionality.
