Hotel Continental Business

Very happy with my stay here. First of all the staff are lovely. When I arrived I was introduced to everyone who can speak English, so if I had any problems, I can talk to them in my language. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety and the hotel is really clean and well maintained. Everything works well and issues are taken care of immediately and effectively. I would stay here again! Thank you

I won’t definitely not come back to this hotel. The price is very cheap and it is understandable. There is just this strange feeling being there (the neighbour is not great as well). The parking service was the only good point (employees are very useful). The breakfast… don’t count on it.

The hotel is getting excellent! It's not my first time there so I can see everything is getting better. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. Receptionists are really polite and helpful. You have many options during breakfast and food is really nice prepared. The hotel is near restaurants, clothing stores and the Mercado Público where you can get fresh food and walk around.

The hotel itself is quite nice, the rooms are small but look classy. Hot water, good wifi and a good breakfast. The receptionist (Lucas) was really nice. ||However, it was freezing the nights I stayed and the blankets are quite thin and the heater didn't work. ||Also, I came in Saturday evening and left Monday morning- there is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel and in fact the whole zona centro. Everything was closed- even the McDonald's. It's like a ghost town, except for all the homeless people. If I had to do it again, I'd book somewhere in cidade baixa. ||I guess it's okay cuz you can walk to the train station from the hotel to get to the airport.

Affordable stay in downtown Porto Alegre. Room was small but clean. Breakfast was better than expected.|What I didn’t like was the hotel location. For a leisure trip on a weekend, staying in the downtown region was not a smart choice, especially after we found out there was a shooting just outside the hotel on the day before we arrived. Porto Alegre is not very safe, so be aware of your surroundings!

Mid range at best.. The hotel room is pretty cramped, very small bathroom, pretty average beds that are as soft as butter, and dated decor. I guess you get what you pay for with this one.. Wifi was also a little sketchy. Our sink didn't work, so we had my mate's shaved beard with us for a few days! The staff were helpful and wifi was better downstairs, and its in a good location. But breakfast was also pretty lame. Not a destination hotel by any stretch, but if you are on a budget in PA, want somewhere close to the city centre, then it might suffice.

In the city center, rooms are small but it’s ok. The breakfast is just basic. Like 5 blocks you have a rodiZio to eat very good grill or food by weight. Very cheap and tasty.

Not a US or international 4*, but after 4 hotels in Brazil, we were expecting what we got. Location is OK, will stay different location if I visit again. As the name suggests it is probably ideal for Business, but a little away from the Bar area if you want a meal and a drink.||We had a great rate and think the value for money was excellent. ||Small room, borderline plumbing, but clean and functional.||Staff less friendly than recent Brazil Hotels. Had a different plug to other parts of Brazil and reception had none and I was told it was impossible to get one a 8pm at night. It took me 3 minutes to find a shop that sold one that was open till midnight. Not really helpful with tourism recommendations.||Does it job just.
