Hotel Continental Drobeta-Turnu Severin

This old is oldish but it ticks all the boxes if you need a place that is comfortable and easy with private parking which is surveillance 24/7. The breakfast is tasty and there is enough food to be like by everyone. The staff is very friendly and the hotel allows dogs to stay in the rooms which is a huge plus for us.

Visited for business. Whilst the rooms are a little Dated, they are very clean and comfortable and the view of the Danube is superb. Continental breakfast was ok. Food in the restaurant was very good and the waiter very attentive. Good location and very friendly staff.

We had a great stay at this hotel with a spectacular view of the Danube. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee surprisingly good. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Although the hotel dates back to 1969, we felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our time here. ❤️

Drobeta-Turnu Severin and this hotel are a wonderful place for a family vacation. We have been here twice and were very satisfied both with the cleanliness of the hotel and with the view from the room. The staff left the best impression with their kind and very warm attitude. I definitely recommend that if you visit this city, you choose this hotel — you will surely leave with beautiful memories of both the city and its people.

Charming old but aristocratic atmosphere. Very clean with wonderful staff. Right in the heart of the city with amazing people and a romantic view of the Danube.

The Continental Hotel is a good 3* Hotel. Especially delightful was the lady at the reception when we checked in - very, very friendly and absolutely competent! Another member of the service has to be emphasized, which is Boby - the waiter and bar keeper - who did an excellent job, super friendly and forthcoming!

Dear Hotel Continental Drobeta Turnu Severin team, I would like to express mine and my groups sincere gratitude for the warm welcome and the kind treatment we received from the entire team. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greated by Miss Andrea, and upon departure, kindly assisted by Miss Laura. Despite our slight delay the chefs and waiters patiently waited for us, for which we are truly thankful. The dinner was delicious, plentiful and served with a smile. Unfortunately, we stayed only one night, but it was a very pleasant experience. The views of the majestic Danube River were absolutely breathtaking and will remain a beautiful memory. The restaurant and bar personal is not quite quest-friendly, but the receptions personal is kind.The parking system is not user-friendly , Kaufland and Iulius Mall in Cluj-Napoca has much better system.
