Hotel Continental Forum Arad

The hotel is centrally located, which is convenient. The room and service were generally fine, but the carpet in the room had an unpleasant smell. Balcony view was amazing. Interestingly there was no outlet next to one bed side. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing: the quality was not the best, and for a four-star hotel, the breakfast options were very limited, with no variety and the same choices every day. Additionally, some dishes were even empty on certain days, which left a poor overall impression.

Old but well maintained, we had an apartment on tbe 7th floor with beautiful city view. Located in the center of the city, walking distance to what you need to see in Arad. Confortable beds, nice staff. Only 4 because of the breakfast - located in the hotel lobby it does not offer confirt and food was basic, not best as you would expect for a 4* hotel. Nice experience, overall.

The hotel is suitable for business travels. It used to be different, but I believe now it is better. Rooms are clean, freshly renovated, big TV, good wifi, staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is good, enough choices, good coffee, unlike western "civilised" hotels, here you can actually drink their coffee, made from beans, not plastic or powder. There is a parking, if you don't find place, ask around, it is 6 euro per night, sometimes free...

The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and city squares. There is a tram line just in front of it. There is a parking on site which is included if you stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and tidy. Some of the furniture in the bathroom showed it's age. Our room was on the front side of the hotel and had beautiful views over the city. The staff was amazing.

Our vacation collapsed with a wedding so we didn’t get a room with a high view of the city but other than that nothing was out of place Room had plenty of space , was pretty clean except one teeth cleaning stuff behind the bathroom trash Loved the orchid blue wallpaper

Very good place to sleep after long journey on the roads. Amazing breakfast and big family room.

The hotel itself was nice, a couple of things were different from what was advertised on the website when I booked it and as well there were some small issues in the room, but it didn't bothered me that much. Staff service was decent and they were nice.

As a loyal customer who has always recommended this hotel to others, I was shocked by my recent experience. Being charged for parking despite being within the grace period is one thing, but the dismissive attitude of Cristi and his colleague during our discussion was unacceptable. It's not about the money; it's about the lack of respect and customer service. This incident has unfortunately made me reconsider my future stays at this hotel.
