Myself and my wife who had fractured her knee were disembarked from a cruise ship and stayed at this hotel for a few days while waiting for a flight home. This hotel is in the most beautiful spot and next to the sea, the room was lovely cleaned regularly and air conditioned. The food was really tasty and good value. The outstanding thing about this place were the people, bar staff, cleaners, gardeners and manager were all fantastic, the manager even helped push my wife's ambulance bed up the hill next to the hotel, truly a fantastic lady. This was back in Feb sorry for the late posting of this review.

We stayed in a very nice large room with a balcony facing the ocean and a bathtub in the middle of the huge bathroom. The staff were super friendly. There were two nice pools and a spa. The restaurant had good food and happy hour at the sunset with a great view over the ocean and the Diamond rock. The nearest beach was not the best, but there are many great beaches not so far away if you have a car. Do not miss to visit the local rum distillery! In conclusion we had a great stay!

We have stayed at the Iloma in March for 3 years running. It is so quiet, with the ocean outside your door. The staff sees to your every need. Dining is on a beautiful open air deck. A wonderful hotel!

Quite a disappointing stay. Not bad but not good either. It’s a decent place if you’re planning on exploring the South of the island, but the service was bad enough we stayed out of the premises as much as possible. The hotel and restaurant are understaffed and the service is inconsistent and unprofessional for the most part. We went to several restaurants on the island and this was without a doubt the worst (ingredients missing and undercooked, whole dishes ordered not served, long wait times, nice but overwhelmed staff, stained glasses with prices stickers still on them, …). Would not recommend if you’re planning on going there enjoy the premises.

I would hardly call this a resort. Very little to do, difficult to communicate with (would not even consider it if you don’t know French) and far from anything fun or interesting. Asked for help only to be walked away because staff don’t have any English. May be fun if you are fluent in French. It was one of my most stressful vacation areas. ||One restaurant on site with same boring menu for lunch and dinner. ||Rooms were clean. Small beds. ||It all would have been fine but they appear to not have any interest if you don’t speak French.

I spent a few nights there and got to sleep in two different rooms. First the staff is amazingly friendly and they treat you like you are a friend visiting in a genuine way. Julie and Brice are incredibly friendly and helpful. That was wonderful. They made the reservations for us, whether for restaurants or car rental, spent time helping us figure out routes and itineraries for us, and really went out of their way to help out. Second, the view from the restaurant and some of the rooms is just like a post card. It cannot be beaten, trust me! Third, get a room facing the swimming pool. You get the view that way. The rooms have a balcony with an outdoor kitchen. The first room we got was small and the view was OK but not great and it was disappointing. The bathroom was outdated and the toilet was not working very well; it felt like a budget room. I thought that a "double" room would be good for two people but it was really for one, at least in american terms! Everything changed with the second room we got, which was spacious, updated and faced the pool and we could watch the sunrise and the sunset every day with no obstacles in the way. Finally, you are 5 minutes away from a delightful small beach, which feels like it is your own! Make sure you rent a car. The food at the hotel is not that great and on the costly side but the cocktails and drinks are fine! I would go back in a minute, granted that I got the room with a view!!!

Very kind, helpful, cheerful owners and staff went beyond at every request. Made to feel very at home. Most staff speak english. Owners gave great advice on touring. Spectacular open-air dining area, catches the Caribbean breezes as well as sounds of birds and tropical nights. VIEWS of Diamant and western end of Island are breathtaking. Quality european breakfast buffet. Quality Dinner menu. Ideal location to visit south of Island : charming local beaches a few minutes walk in either direction, but best heading east : go for a long walk from one beach to the next... Need a car, but ½ way between Diamant beaches or St. Anne Salines. Truly relaxing, naturally and authentically beautiful grounds. Lovely pool and poolside lounging (although we only swam in Caribbean.

This was our second stay at Le Corail. Thus obviously we had a positive experience during our first stay. Our second stay was just as nice if not even a bit better. The rooms are clean and in very good condition. The kitchenette is reasonably well equipped. Most rooms, including ours, have gorgeous views of the bay and the Diamond Rock. The pool is very nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a relaxing place to stay.||||Having a restaurant on site is a bonus. They also serve breakfast.||||Would we return? Yes.||||Would we recommend to friends? Yes.
