Great central location with everything close by and easy to walk to. Staff were lovely and helpful. ||Single room was very spacious with a double sized bed. Bed bench for your luggage as well desk and chair in room. Option to hang clothes in the room instead of the cupboard was handy. ||Spacious bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries and clothing. Cool bath scales and a drawer full of amenities. Non slip bath mat in bath plus a handle to help you in and out of it was appreciated. Night light in bathroom was a nice touch. ||Couldn’t find usb ports but there were outlet plugs on each side of the bed. Venchi chocolates in the room and complimentary water were nice touches. ||Breakfast buffet offerings were average. ||Enjoyed our stay here!

Centrally situated hotel, excellent location. Shops all around but the hotel is quiet.Very pleasant staff with good English. We booked a superior room which was quite spacious. Very clean everywhere. Breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order. We would stay here again if in Bologna. Bologna is a beautiful city, especially at this time of year, with shops beautifully decorated for Christmas. A very interesting city.

We were lucky enough to stay at this hotel for a couple of nights. The rooms were very comfortable and adequate for our needs. The hotel had a great vibe and the staff are amazing. Nothing too much trouble, very professional and friendly.|The hotel location was spot on for the main town area. Plenty of shops, bars and eateries to choose from.|If ever we return to Bologna, this is where we will stay. I highly recommend this hotel

A small hotel perfectly situated in the middle of everything. Very helpful staff, trying to make my stay very comfortable and safe .|Excellent breakfast with few but very good quality choices! Service was awesome Room was good with many amenities! A small balcony overlooking old city ! The lobby felt like home . Definitely will come back

Fabulous Hotel. Great Location. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. This was my second stay .... I would most definitely return again next time I am in Bologna. The hotel is very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was very nice and offered a number of selections.

This place is a wonderful gem for anyone looking to explore Bologna. It’s in an incredibly central location with most places no more than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are clean and well furnished, and wonderfully quiet at night, with blackout curtains to ensure a good nights sleep. They are a touch on the smaller side if there are two of you with a few suitcases, but otherwise zero complaints. We also had a lovely balcony with a view of the Bologna tower which got the sun in the morning and was a great place to have morning coffee. The staff are incredibly helpful and always on hand to provide help, tips and recommendations for the city. Breakfast is a great spread of fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheeses, bacon, sausages, an array of pastries and yoghurts, with the dulcet tones of Angelo singing along to the radio whilst making coffee! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

While on a whirlwind tour of Emilia Romagna we had the chance to stay two nights here and as we move on today we find ourselves truly sad to go. The location is fantastic, a quick walk to Piazza Maggiore, the two towers, and shopping galore. The front desk staff are kind, helpful and very patient with us as we fail to speak even basic Italian (they speak English, fear not). The rooms are luxurious and the beds big and comfortable (best pillow selection I’ve found in a hotel). Breakfast and dinner is held in a chic bar tucked into the back of the hotel, and while the city is packed with delicious trattorias, definitely have bfast here before going out to explore. I could go on, but it’s clear I’m a fan. I highly recommend it.

Great hotel in the centre of Bologna. Classical appearance with very friendly personnel. Nice and clean rooms, with everything you need in them. Excellent breakfast service as well! I'd highly recommend this hotel for a city trip to Bologna!

From the moment we walked in we were welcomed warmly. The staff were extremely helpful and made wonderful recommendations. The bar was beautiful and the service was great. It was a short one night stay but will absolutely return.

If you are a horror movie fan and you love the Shining then book this place. It was scary and the staff was creepy. Terrible

The service was excellent, the breakfast was my favorite of all the hotels we stayed in Italy, but my only drawback was our room. Even though it was a honeymoon upgrade our bathroom was more luxurious than our room, I was hoping for a top floor with a view which was what I asked for, I'd like to visit bolonga again with my husband and stay longer than a night, I would def try this place again as long as fmthey can accomodate a much more larger room with windows. Location was awesome, easy to find and walking distance from everything.
