Overall an outstanding stay. The hotel was well kept and all the amenities are in very nice condition. The staff members were very friendly from the moment upon entry Dominic helped unload and the front desk quickly helped with check in and recommendations for wine tasting and dinner. The restaurant was very clean and had very prompt and friendly service as well. The beds were comfortable especially for hotel. Water pressure and restroom in room were very good. The room has refrigerator but no microwave not sure if one is on property to use if you have leftovers from night out. Overall a wonderful experience.

Before checking in, Anna greeted me warmly. She was friendly, informative, and very helpful. Our room was clean and nicely maintained. However, the coffee maker was not functioning, and the sink was clogged before we even used it. We enjoyed the pool and the water spa. Overall, we had a great stay! The staff were friendly, and the location offered convenient parking, along with easy access to stores, restaurants, and beautiful landmarks. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends!

A wonderful stay in Solvang||You can’t go wrong staying at The Corque, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel in the heart of Solvang!|The warm and welcoming staff and the incredibly convenient location to the quaint downtown shops, restaurants, and activities in Solvang make this the perfect spot to stay while in the area.|During my two weeks stay in the hotel, I was treated like family by the amazing front desk staff. Nick, the front desk manager, as well as Anna, Darren, Kirsten and Sarah all made sure that my stay was the best it could possibly be and somehow were able to anticipate everything I needed.|The hotel itself is warm and inviting. The rooms are cozy, well maintained, and conveniently laid out. The balcony in my room overlooked the mountains and the valley, which was a great way to start and end each day. |The housekeeping staff was amazing and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be working here. |The pool and Jacuzzi, as well as the outdoor area were very well-maintained and lovely. |The hotel has a partnership with The Craft House restaurant right next-door where they provide breakfast, dinner and lunch as well on the weekends. The food and staff at The Craft House are also so kind and welcoming, and the food was delicious.|If I could give this property more than five stars, I would, and I will return to stay here anytime I’m in the area!

We stayed here Friday night through Tuesday to go wine tasting. Location is perfect for visiting all the local wine areas. There is a walking trail behind the hotel (next to the Mission) for a daily walk. It was very central to everything in Solvang. Front desk was very helpful. Everything seemed newly renovated.

Beautiful hotel. The lobby is very inviting. The room was beautiful. We were on the 3rd floor overlooking the pool. It had a balcony to sit out on. Large bathroom with double sinks. Very quiet and the bedding was so comfortable. Next door is their restaurant and bar. Happy hour was great with impeccable service. Walkable to all the shops. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend staying here.

Since we are very loyal Marriott members we were very excited to see this little quaint hotel in Solvang become part of the Marriott family as a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. We had a great 3 day stay. The staff was very nice and since we are top tier Marriott members, the manager upgraded our room since our original room had a maintenance issue. It was really nice to have our Marriott status recognized since these days very few hotels do and points and free nights are pretty worthless so I have become disenchanted with our loyalty to Marriott lately. However, this hotel made me feel differently. I was also pleasantly surprised and really impressed with the hotel restaurant (used to 246 before Covid). The food was really good good and service was friendly and attentive. We had a birthday celebration there and also breakfast every day was great. The hotel is very quite off the main busy roads of Solvang but just right around the corner and easy to walk to everything. I would definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back when we come to the central coast again.

Price is very cheap while the place is nice and clean so defenitely worth it. People here are very accomodating and helpful. They even let us use microwave upon request and sent through our room.We will definitely come back in this hotel. This place deserve my 5 star!

Google
Superb hospitality, clean and relaxing. Small touches like having beach balls and fresh towels readily available at the pool made it a really lovely stay. The beds were very comfortable, with good blackout curtains and amenities in the room. The facilities were extremely clean. I loved that the staff was professional and seemed to be trained to be friendly and professional. They seemed to enjoy their work and did a really good job of helping people feel welcome.

Yelp
My wife and I recently visited this hotel to celebrate her birthday! It was truly perfect, from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly and attentive, not too much or little. I usually rack my brain on places to stay but Corque was fantastic. We will be back :) The pool/jacuzzi is open till 11pm, which was a nice surprise. The craft restaurant next door was also really good! Another surprise!

Yelp
Great experience!! Highly recommend! We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff is exceptional. We felt so welcomed by them from the moment we walked in the door. They clearly enjoy their work and their guests. The property is attractive, the bed comfortable. When we inquired about the hot tub, the woman at the front desk mentioned that they have the most comfortable robes. They do! Be sure to dine at their restaurant next door. We enjoyed breakfast outside with our own miniature table hot pit! This was our final night of a California road trip. It was a very special experience! Thanks front desk!

Yelp
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and my husband and I have traveled all over the world for 25+ years. Upon checkin, Anna, the manager, asked for a physical credit card which we didn't have. We normally use tap/digital pay, and honestly most Marriott's don't even ask for a card as our Marriot Bonvoy Amex card is tied to our Marriot (Lifetime Platinum) profile. This was one hour before we were expected to attend our friends wedding, we needed to get ready and head out to catch the shuttle, and Anna basically just said she couldn't check us in/couldn't help us, and she walked away. We tried to think over/offer solutions, even called the platinum concierge but she refused to allow us to checkin without a physical card (her one solution was to have a "friend" bring their card for us so that we could borrow it-- which is absolutely ridiculous since the whole reason she was saying she needed the physical card was due to fraud). We had to hustle over to the Marriot Santa Ynez (luckily they had some room!) and change for the wedding in less than 20 min. Because Anna refused us the stay, she canceled the reservation (not us), and said we would get our points back. Fast forward a week and we have not received the points credit, and are now having to fight to get them back. Incredibly frustrating and total waste of time. I would not recommend this hotel and am very unhappy with this entire experience.

Yelp
Excellent place to stay in Solvang. Walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants in DT Solvang! Nice cozy lobby. Front desk staff very inviting and helpful. We did use the pool but there is a nice pool and pool area. Room wa clean, recently updated and bed very comfy. Bathroom stocked with large pump bottles of showe gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Plenty of bath linens! Marriott just recently took over Corque Hotel. Prior to this visit, we have been here many times for private events, that were always great including the food! They now have a separate restaurant next to the hotel property (used to be within the hotel) that looks very good. We definitely plan to stay here again. Highly recommend Corque!

Yelp
let's start with reservations. we called and specifically requested the same room we had the prior year: a large suite as it was a special occasion. when we arrived, they gave us a very small room overlooking the parking lot. no fear: lovely Anna came to the rescue but the suite we requested was not available so we got a smaller room overlooking the pool. the hotel is nice and located right at the town center so you don't need to get in your car. the room was comfortable with three exceptions: the Keurig needs to be cleaned, the shower door struggles to close so it leaks and people screamed and partied at the pool till after 11 p.m. it is still worth staying but be aware: room prices are very high and no breakfast is included. There is no on-site fitness center but the have an agreement with the local YMCA.

Yelp
Great hotel within walking distance of the main attractions within Solvang! The room was spacious and we really appreciated the double sinks across from one another in the bathroom, allowing us more space. The room had a nice balcony as well. We didn't have time to spend at the pool/hot tub but could see it from our room and it looked great as well. We thought the wine vending machine was a neat touch! Overall would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed here during the summer 2024 for several days during a Solvang trip with friends. This was a fabulous place to stay and easily explore downtown Solvang. All the downtown shops and restaurants were within easy walking distance. The building blends in perfectly with the quaint Danish-style architecture of the town. There's lots of free parking available, check-in was quick and the staff was great. It's a little thing, but we appreciated the fruit-infused water that was always offered in the lobby area! I liked the fact that the lobby elevator required a room key - nice security touch. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. I especially loved the dual sinks in the bathroom and the large shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers! I highly recommend the Hotel Corque and would definitely opt to stay here again when visiting Solvang!

Yelp
Had a wonderful one night stay at Corque Hotel with zero things I'd want to change, such a great stay in Solvang. The hotel is perfectly located, somehow quiet despite being right in the heart of Solvang. Everything was perfectly clean, from the lobby to the room, to the bathroom in the lobby. Staff is incredibly welcoming; always greeting you with a smile and rushing to open the lobby doors. The hotel is modernly and beautifully decorated for the holidays (ornaments, a giant gingerbread house, and a menorah) and an assortment of infused water is available in the lobby. Parking is free and easy, WiFi is easily available, and the hotel provides you with a very helpful map as well as a list of wineries where, as a guest of the hotel, you can either get free tastings or 2 for 1 tastings. Loved the stay!

Yelp
Beautiful hotel! Solvang is such a cute, quiet town. We had a 2 queen bedroom with city view. My expectations were definitely exceeded! Funny enough, my favorite part was the gorgeous bathroom. Plus our windows opened up so you could look out. Beds were super comfortable, quiet in the hotel too, I didn't hear anyone else outside the rooms or next door. Staff were all very nice. The pool and hot tub were great, nice size. Hotel was in a great spot in town with lots of shops within walking distance. I can't wait to come back!

Yelp
Many years ago when this hotel was a Sheraton it had much more danish charm to it. I used to bring my young family there at least once a year from the Bay Area and we always stayed there later on when Marriott evidently took it over the cute tchotchke and danish flavor that we came so to appreciate Had mostly been removed and it became more of a boutique wine hotel. I've been back many times since those days and always stayed somewhere else mostly I guess I was on strike lol against the New design. This time when we came down, I looked more closely at the pictures thought it looked nice. I had already made reservations for another place in town that had more authentic danish offerings an architecture however we were coming down for three nights and they only had two nights available so with reservation, I made a reservation at Corque. Despite my reservations about staying there, I found the hotel quite comfortable. The staff very helpful and everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. My only recommendation would be to have a nice outdoor comfortable sitting area to enjoy visitors own wines, cheeses, etc. perhaps with some fire pits when I asked the front desk if there was such a place they pointed out to the front to a few chairs that were randomly placed out there that I believe were for the smokers that unfortunately did not qualify for what I was looking for. However, despite that I believe we will come and stay again.

Yelp
Amazing hotel! We booked a stay here for my wife's birthday. The location was great, the staff were awesome, the wine bar was amazing. Solvang is a great town to visit but Christmas time is beautiful. We did some exploring, at good, and had a few drinks. Our room was big, clean, and had chocolate's and a Happy Birthday card for the wife. I would definitely recommend this place again.

Yelp
Hello The hotel is great. Very clean and the staff is great.. The restaurant at 7am with loud music needs to be toned down. People on vacation don't need loud in the morning..very disturbing Thank u

Yelp
Really enjoyed my visit here. It has the quaint exterior and lobby of the Solvang aesthetic, but very standard and clean hotel rooms inside. The lobby was well decorated for Julefest. The tree top rooms were especially spacious and could comfortably fit four people. Front desk was super friendly and easy to work with. The only unfortunate part was that since it is on the "outskirts" of town, I don't think any of the town view rooms have an actual view of "Solvang", at least not what most tourists would want. Associated restaurant was next door (not connected) and delicious. Surrounding area was well lit for walking in the evening/in the dark.

Yelp
Just spent a weekend here. The hotel itself was so cute and festive for the Christmas holiday. Prime location for all the things to do in Solvang. Unfortunately this review is based off the staff. I checked out and didn't realize until I got home (4.5 hours away) that I had left the trinkets and gifts I bought for my kids in the bag I purchased them in, in the room. When I first called and asked if I had left my bag in the room, they told me that I did. I was so happy that they kept it safe for me! The unfortunate part is when I asked about the items in the bag; they said there was only one thing inside. She then put me on hold to check with housekeeping for 10 min only to come back and say they hadn't found a bag, only a mug. I questioned her and said, "wait, so you told me you found the bag, but then said there was no bag, only a mug left in the room?" She was very confused and quiet when I questioned her changing story. She was obviously covering for the housekeeping as everything I bought was in the bag and had not been opened or taken out. I hope whoever received my daughter's Christmas gifts containing a Labubu, Labubu keychain and ornament enjoy it. They clearly need it more than I do. It's not about the items missing, that's my fault for leaving it behind, but to lie and tell me you found something, then to change your story once you realized multiple things were missing is foul. Bottom line, it was all there, then it wasn't. Only housekeeping had access to the room once we checked out so no, I will never come back to his hotel. And if they take other peoples property when they think I've left, I'm sure they would while "cleaning" also. I'm glad I didn't give them access during our trip cause who knows what else they would have tried to pocket. Their shady staff and klepto housekeeping lost my business and I hope others see this and avoid this hotel also. Gross, shady business!

Yelp
One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. On the east side of downtown Solvang, but the downtown shops and other stuff are just a minute walk away. Done in a brick facade that blends perfectly with the town's Dutch decor. Cute lobby with a wine dispenser. Yes! Tap your room key to get a sample or a full class. Lobby elevator requires use of room key. Nice security touch. The elevator rugs are changed 3 times a day, good morning, good afternoon and good evening. Rooms were large. We had a king room and had plenty space. The bed was comfy. Enough room for both a sofa and a desk. The bathroom is huge with double sinks and a lavish walk-in shower stall. Lots of good bathroom lighting too. Lots of attention to detail. For example, there's a motion detector nightlight in the left hand nightstand that lights up when you swing your feet off the bed. Pretty nifty. Front desk friendly and accommodating. The only downcheck was the lack of convenient outlets for charging devices. The bed stand outlets and usb ports didn't work. But don't let that stop you. Definitely put Corque on your list of places to stay in Solvang.

Yelp
Loved everything about this place. The cleanliness, the warmth welcome, to the recommendations made by the staff to the near by locations of what the town has to offer.

Yelp
Our second time staying here. We loved it before and it's even better now. We were warmly welcomed and check in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and comfortable, including an ample size bathroom. Ample Free parking. A great Pool area with plenty of lounge chairs! There's a refrigerator in the room. We requested a microwave and it was promptly delivered. The delicious Solvang bakery was a few doors away and supplied us with delicious pastries for the mornings. It's a great location for everything in Solvang! We highly recommend this place.

W K.

Yelp
This is the first time staying in Solvang. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Corque Hotel. Room/bathroom was very clean (thank you house keeping staff! Great job!), lots of free parking and you are close to the elevators for easy access to your room. The staff was very friendly and we encounter no issues. No microwave but if you request one they will bring you one. Very good location to everything in Solvang. I wished they serve some good coffee down in the lobby for the mornings since I'm a morning coffee person. The Crafthouse at the Corque ( restaurant next door) has coffee to go but is not very good.

Yelp
Hotel Corque was above and beyond beautiful. Hotel room was so nice, I extended my stay, and fell in love with my room, and the tv. I also liked the adjacent bar, and went for night caps, apps, meals, and drinks! Amazing!!

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here last night. It was centrally located close to everything. This is the place where my wife will stay at anytime we visit.

Brit C.

Yelp
The courage is beautiful and clean. Marriott recently are in Collabs with the Corque. Hoping the quality remains the same if not better.

Christina S.

Yelp
Beautifully redone hotel. Highly recommend anyone going to Solvang to stay there. All the additional touches were very well thought out. Very friendly staff as well. We only stayed one night but it will be my go to place when staying in Solvang. Thank you for making this such a wonderful place to stay!

Yelp
Very very nice stay here. We had a very quiet room overlooking the back where the field is by the mission. Flavored water in the lobby very friendly staff at the front desk and all over the hotel. It would be nice if they had an adult only hot tub though, pool area is nice but children are everywhere so that's the only unrelaxing part. Comfortable beds would stay here again

Yelp
My sister and I stayed for 2 nights in the summertime and were very pleased with our experience. It's the 2nd nicest hotel in Solvang, only beat slightly by the Landsby. LOCATION While Corque is on somewhat of the end of Solvang, it is just as convenient as any hotel in the city with bakeries and stores 1/2 a block away. They don't have a big sign out front which is odd, but there was plenty of parking. FACILITY & AMENITIES Their lobby is stunning with couches, chairs, water dispensers with 3 types of fruits, and a wine "vending machine" (dispenser). The water is constantly filled, and while the wine dispenser was cute and novel, it was a rip off (the cheapest red was $10 for 3 oz). While they do not have a gym, they have a pool and jacuzzi with plenty of chairs, cabanas with couches, and pool towels. I did not locate a lobby restroom, but also wasn't looking for one. They do have room service from the Cork House next door, their restaurant, and a routine cleaning service with a cool "service" or "privacy" touch screen-activated light you can select in your room. There are 2 elevators that are key-card activated which I appreciated. They gave us a info sheet when we checked in with everything we need to know about the hotel and Solvang. This was SO well written and helpful. There is a text number for anything you need and boy, they sure did text me back quickly and even offered to bring me ice! ROOMS We stayed in a mission room with a balcony. While it had a terrible view of the parking lot (where was the mission?!), there was a shower, big tub, higher-end fixtures and appliances like Kohler, Keurig, and Samsung, a safe, and a mini fridge. There were super cozy robes, toiletries I enjoyed that were ample in size attached to the walls, and tons of towels (I hate with hotels give you like 2). The only thing I would have additionally appreciated was a microwave. PRICE I believe I paid about $145/night before taxes to stay during the week, which was reasonable. A weekend stay can run you over $200, or even close to double. I felt like what I paid was WELL worth my stay. CUSTOMER SERVICE Start to finish, I was very impressed with their professionalism, attentiveness, attention to detail, and the quickness in which they executed requests. Employees said hello, opened doors, kept things stocked, and the cleaning crew even tucked our personal blankets into the bedding.

Yelp
We had a great experience at Corque Hotel on 12/12/24. We spent one night to celebrate our anniversary. The staff were amazing (Sarah, Leo and Nick at the front desk). The decor was cool and festive. The room was very spacious and clean. It is walking distance from and to downtown which was super convenient.
google avatar

Yelp
Very cute and quaint hotel in solvang. It's away from the main roads and next to Slovang bakery! Everything is walking distance and first and oak is right across the street. The rooms are affordable, spacious, and the bathroom even has 2 sinks!! The bedroom is very comfortable and there's free water in the lobby! Strawberry lemon, cucumber lime, and regular iced water. In the room there is a mini fridge, Keurig with a couple of cups for tea and coffee, and 2 small complimentary water bottles. I would definitely come back. The room and lobby were also clean.

Yelp
Loved, loved the Corque Hotel! It had so much character, amenities, was reasonably priced, and in a great location. The Building: The Corque Hotel is a nice looking building and entrance of brick and arched windows, with some Halloween decorations as we approached, including a tall pumpkin scarecrow that moved and talked. It is in a great location, near the downtown shops, bakeries, and restaurants. The Lobby: Cute lobby with 2 delicious containers of fruit-infused water and a 3rd container of regular ice water to quench your thirst at any time. They also have wine by the glass out of a dispensing machine in the lobby, which we didn't try, but nice if you needed something to relax after a long drive there. The 2 story lobby has a chandelier made of clear wine glasses, bottles, & stoppers. There is a fireplace and seating to relax. The 2nd floor encircles the lobby, where you can look down, and has some leather chairs and tables in the arched windows where you might find a quiet space to read, watch the people walking by, wait for someone, or just unwind. The elevator requires a key pass, which is a nice security feature. The Room: We had a very spacious room on the 2nd floor, with very comfortable beds. We had an ADA/handicap room (by request), so the beds were very low. We'd have preferred higher beds, but ADA rooms are going to accommodate different requirements. Our bathroom did not have a counter or vanity area; just a small wooden table next to the sink. This may likely be to accommodate someone in a wheelchair. We had a walk-in shower, which is helpful to anyone with bad knees or wheelchairs. There was only 1 small towel rack, but a few pegs on the wall in the bathroom. Not ideal for us, but, again, may likely be because it was an ADA room. The toilet was high, and there were bars on the wall in the bathroom, which was what was needed. We asked for 2 luggage racks, and they were able to provide them. There were 2 free water bottles in the room. We could hear some noise, but the a/c drowns out much of that. If you are very averse to noise, it may not suit you, but it was workable for us. The clock was set on a 24 hour time clock and was an hour off, but we had travel clocks with us. While no vanity counter, there were great mirrors in the room. The bathroom had a bright light around it, making it nice for getting ready, as well as a magnifying mirror for putting on make-up. The room had a large full-size mirror. There was not a reading light in the room. They have a Privacy button, instead of the doorknob hanging plaquard - very modern. And they had robes in the room. While there were a few things we would have liked a little differently (vanity counter, reading lights, etc.), overall the room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and had nice little extras that were appreciated. The hotel had a lot of charm, great design architecturally, and we loved our 1-night stay here! Many of the hotels in Solvang are smaller, often with no lobby desk support, and few amenities. The Corque had the extras that we enjoy!

Yelp
We had an amazing time staying at Corque Hotel. This place is so cute and clean and the staff here are next level friendly. Everyone made us feel so welcomed and you kind of just want to spent time in the lobby (the self serve free fruit infused water selection and in-lobby wine tastings also helped). Our room was immaculate and perfect for our family, parking was wonderful (no charge to park!) and the location is great to walk around Solvang. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed one night at this very clean, modern hotel. ( we were a little bit upset that the original price was changed almost overnight to reflect a weekend Price even though we stayed on Wednesday it went up three times the amount. I felt we were gouged.. The hotel is very clean and centrally located.. We were very disappointed that they did not offer coffee and tea in the morning in the lobby like most hotels do.. are coffee maker in our room did not work so we left the hotel early to seek coffee.... The lobby was very beautiful as they had it decorated for Christmas . the staff was friendly, but not overly accommodating. Would we stay here again probably not . There are so many wonderful choices in Solvang.

Yelp
Second time staying at Corque in Solvang. Great hotel, service is exceptional and the amenities are on point. It's my friend's favorite place to stay and I get it. Really don't hesitate.

Yelp
We stayed at Corque as a first stop on our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was super clean with a fabulous giant bathtub and they even provided bath salt. They left us a cute note and chocolates as a "congratulations," which made us feel so special. They had fruit infused water in the lobby at all times, which was a great perk. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Solvang!
google avatar

Jennefer W.

Yelp
Yes, there was a problem with one of the elevators and we did see people lose their mind. I don't think it had anything to do with the staff. I think it just had to do with an old building we were treated with so much respect offered cold waters at the pool. everybody was so sweet and so helpful. I would stay there 1 million times over

Yelp
This is a nice boutique hotel in a convenient location in Solvang. It's not in the middle of where everything is, but more towards the end or corner, which isn't even that far from many main points of interest. It was great since you weren't immediately immersed in the hustle and bustle of all the people walking everywhere. Plus, it's also pretty quiet in the area. This hotel is clean and has some nice amenities. Of our favorites were the Keurig with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, free bottled waters in the room, nicely scented shampoo/conditioner/shower gel/soap/lotion that's wall mounted in the bathroom, flavored cold water in the lobby, the heated pool with towels already available, and a hot tub that runs on the entire time. Our kids enjoyed the pool that had the beach balls and floating tube, since we didn't come with any, this was helpful, especially for our 4 year old! Our room's balcony had a couple of chairs with comfy pillows to sit on and a table. We did sit out a few times to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air. Staff is also friendly and helpful when we needed assistance. Shoutout to the doorman who greeted us each time we walked in and out with a friendly smile and kind words. The decor is also simple and soothing, especially with a fireplace in a little seating area. My husband and I also took advantage of the wine dispensary. It's not a large amount of wine given in your glass, but we liked the experience. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Solvang. You could tell that a lot of thought is placed into assuring that you're given a nice stay.

Yelp
We stayed at the Corque Hotel for a wedding last weekend, and we had the absolute best stay! This boutique hotel was beyond gorgeous, and the service was impeccable throughout the weekend. Right when we entered into the hotel, we saw the beautiful lobby and fun wine bar that they have! Our rooms were adorable, bigger than expected, and extremely clean. I thought the bath salts and bath tray was a great touch as well. It was right in the heart of Solvang, and walking distance to everything. The 2 things that we wish the hotel did have, were a coffee bar of some sort and a gym. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't have a gym, which was something I didn't realize until we were there. But the Corque even did an extra touch, we were in the room when room service arrived. So I told them politely that it's okay, we don't need it anyways. When we came back from the wedding that Saturday evening, we found that our room had been cleaned! It was such a wonderful surprised. They even left our room 6 waters, which was exactly what we needed. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay here. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Yelp
I was so impressed with this super cute boutique hotel. It's small and quaint and cozy. Theirs a lot of attention to detail but more on that in a bit The lobby is so gorgeous during the Christmas time and the cute little fireplace just takes it over the top The front desk was extremely friendly (although not very knowledgeable about the Christmas festivities, farmers markets etc,) Parking lot was big enough where finding a spot was a breeze but also not too big where you have to walk far to get to the hotel The rooms were sooooo perfect down to the 100% cotton blanket (that was nice and heavy and soft) I loved the curtains, a thick one to black out the light but also a thinner one to enjoy the light during the day A nice work desk and a big couch Plenty of dresser and drawer space A safe / lock box is in the room 2 extremely soft robes awaited us in the closet (these were soooo luxurious) The bed was extra comfy the temperature control was easy to use and accurate The bathroom was state of the art! All the mirrors were framed with lights like one long continuos light (led maybe?) Not light bulbs . The bathtub was fitted with a wooden tray, a magazine, and your own little rubber ducky. You wouldn't wanna leave your room if it weren't for the Christmas magic awaiting you in the town I HIGHLY recommend this hotel 10/10 would absolutely return!

Yelp
Based on comparison to the other hotels in the area that I've stayed at I felt this one warranted the full five stars. While the exterior has a touch of the Solvang Scandinavian charm the interior is entirely modern. They do their best to make your stay a VIP experience. A doorman greeted us and offered to help with bags. The front desk was quick to check us in and offered good local information for wine tasting and food (no breakfast offered at the hotel). Elevators are secure (key required) and the lobby had free flavored waters available (lemon, lime, and pineapple). They do have a pool but no gym. We had a "treetop room" on the third floor. The king bed was very comfortable. The room also had a couch, desk, fridge, TV, coffeemaker, and two bottled waters. The bathroom had a shower stall and two separate sinks which we found to be very convenient. All the usual amenities were there in the bathroom and although available, bathrobes, iron, and, hair dryer were not used. Kudos to housekeeping for this very clean and tidy room. We were impressed with how quiet it was. No street noise and not a peep from rooms beside us or in the hallways. So peaceful and relaxing. Yes, it's a few dollars more than the older, family-type hotels in the area but really not that much more and so worth it.

Yelp
We stayed the night here as we drove up the coast. I'm happy to say it is a lovely hotel! Very clean, stylish, and comfortable. The person who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Yelp
This hotel was a great place for an overnight stay in Solvang. It's in a great location, but then again Solvang is so small I imagine that every hotel is in a great location. Free parking--there was free parking a over the town as well as at the hotel. Coming from LA, free parking is unheard of but always appreciated. Great customer service--we arrived at 2 pm and the room was ready! They also gave us an option of a bathroom with a tub or a bathroom with 2 vanities and just a shower. Nice bedding, towel and toiletries--the sheets were soft instead of scratchy, the towels were soft, and the toiletries smelled nice. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Solvang.

Yelp
Nice clean hotel! Customer service was wonderful! The Christmas decorations were amazing. The only thing I didn't enjoy were the kids in the room next to us running around. You can hear straight through the rooms unfortunately. Other than that a very nice hotel to stay at while in Solvang.

Yelp
Literally stayed here for less than 24 hours. Nice hotel. I opted for a single and my friends got a double. Mine came with a bath tub, which I loved. Very cute decor. Clean. Would stay here again. Free parking. Smack in the middle of town near shops.

Yelp
We stayed in room #152. We were treated promptly and the hotel service was great. The atmosphere was quiet but not to the point of eeriness. The architecture was traditional with modern elements; e.g. a lovely lobby area and modern room decors. The pool and jacuzzi were amazing. The flavored waters were a nice, practical gesture. However there were several issues we noticed on our 3 night stay: 1) Multiple switches did not work in the room and were bent out of shape. 2) Bathroom had no ventilation 3) ALL trash can bags were not placed in the bin ready for use. 4) Fridge appliances seem to be broken with no cold air present. 5) We were given only 2 toilet paper rolls. This is problematic if with a large family and checking in at night. 6) Some of the side doors into the hotel do not lock or remain slightly propped open. The hotel staff and service was exceptional. Most of the issues we dealt with stem from the property itself.

Yelp
We had such a great stay here! The outside fits right in with the rest of the fun themed buildings in the area, but I really appreciated that the inside was so clean, newly renovated, and how all of the staff was so friendly and helpful. Some of the stand out things for me were the refreshments when you walk in front (who doesn't love fresh flavored waters), how comfortable the beds were, the double sinks in the bathroom (always nice with a family of 4), and the walkability of everything.

Yelp
Hotel Corque Solvang is usually just a pit stop for us on our California road trips. This time, we decided to spend the night. I booked early on with a reasonable rate. Only request was upper floor. We arrived in Solvang at 2PM. We were given the option of checking in to a 1st floor room or waiting til 4pm for our desired upper floor and they would call us when ready. We decided to wait and took off for a walk about town. We didn't hear from them by 4pm so we returned to check, but our room was still not ready. I was told it should be another 10 or 15 minutes. They have a nice lobby and have infused waters available so we plopped down to wait. After 15 minutes, I went up to check and our room was finally ready. I love that the elevators can only be accessed by your key card. Extra security measures are always a huge plus. Our room was lovely, fresh & clean. The beds were comfortable and the a/c was nice & cold. The bathroom was awesome. Excellent water pressure in the shower plus a nice soaking tub. We did not use the tub due to the drought conditions . The towels were fluffy and the bathrobes were plush. Bath amenities were great... shampoo, conditioner, etc. There is lighted vanity mirror plus a lighted magnifying mirror as well. We didn't get a chance to use it, but they have a nice pool area with umbrellas & cabanas. This hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything. It was quiet and well equipped. The staff was polite and helpful. Including the guys welcoming you at the door. We are definitely considering a longer stay next time and will definitely stay at Hotel Corque.

Yelp
If I'm ever in Solvang, I wouldn't need to look further. The Corque Hotel is perfect! It's at the edge of the touristy area, making it a perfect location. There's a free shuttle to the Chumash casino. Staff is super nice and the lobby has three water dispensers so hydration won't be an issue. They also have a wine vending machine in the lobby. They neighboring restaurant is also yummy! Fun fact: the rooms have access to TWO Filipino channels.

Yelp
The manager Nick was extremely kind and helpful. He went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I truly appreciate his flexibility! The Corque is the best place to stay in Solvang with their beautiful grounds, clean rooms, comfortable beds and heated. We will stay here every time we're in town visiting thanks to their amazing customer service.
