Hotel Cosmo Mumbai

We stayed here for 3 days. Really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were very clean. The service really good. The food was excellent. Special mention to the restaurant staff for serving hot breakfast. The pastries and croissants were amazing. If you are looking for a budget hotel with 5 star services, this is the place to book.

I am writing this review to mention and make others aware about this property. This is the worst experience I have had in life. The hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. The first thing is the name itself is wrong and now they call themselves ‘the Felix’ the rooms are in very very horrible condition. The paint is falling off. The bed sheets are unwashed and the pillow cover even had some dried paint on it. What was worse is that the rooms don’t have a key. When we asked them they said if there is something valuable keep it at the reception. When we said give us another room they offered a room but the geyser wasn’t working there. Be aware that when you will ask them for a refund or try to get it via the booking company the hotel refuses to pay back stating it’s against the hotel policy. We had booked for 3 days and left the room in one day. So I don’t are in loss now. I would recommend everyone to please stay away from this hotel.

We had a wonderful get together at this hotel on aug 24 n 25, 2024. One of the best experiences etched in my heart. The food, the stay, the staff from checkin till finish was mind blowing and we had a very comfortable stay and memories there. We were 50 of us and we had zero issues with rooms and food and place and ac...u name it ! Thank you Cosmo team ! Hotel cosmopolitan, Ahmedabad rocks !

Except location, everything is below average. Rooms are too small. Stairs are filthy and smelly. I stay there, because my flight was delayed for several hours. Ok to stay for 1 person, if you did not find any other hotel within your budget near Airport T3.

Good Rooms, Polite Staff. Outer locality is not looking good to me. But Inside hotel, rooms are very nice, neat and clean and well maintained. Good part is you can also select airport pickup or drop with your booking at little bit extra cost.

The staff is extremely good at Hotel Cosmo. The hotel is on a small lane just next to an overbridge. So at first it does not look good. But once you are inside, you don't feel any noise. I stayed here for 2 nights. First night was downstairs which felt little suffocating. But the next day they shifted me to one of the rooms upstairs. It is good for small 1-2 nights stay by singles who are in the city for business trip.

This is good hotel at very reasonable price. The locality is not very good, but once you enter, nothing to worry about locality. Though rooms are pretty small, but clean, AC works well. Hot water available. I stayed for a night and was satisfied with service. Another good part is, it's very close from international airport. The only problem is, they don't have any parking space.

Good location to stay , food quality is best, tasty n yummy food, service was also good , co-operative staff.
