Hotel Cosmos Cali

Our stay was booked by our travel agent and we would not stay again because of the bad area. Very bad at night with many homeless around and they recommended always to call a taxi for safety . The positive , nice basic buffet in the morning . We had dinner 2 times and one night at 8pm they cooked just for us. The room was good and clean and ac worked fine.

Very comfortable suits! The breakfast was outstanding and delicious. It’s near to different main venues. The view from the rooms allows very good pics.

WiFi is ok, I love the staff. Sometimes elevators have issues. House keeping and restaurants are nice. Actually stayed here many times because the beds are soft.

I have visited this location in Sept 2020 during the pandemic situation. ||The hotel and rooms needs some love and care, but I guess that is standard for Cali so I will not review this property based on this issue. ||The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for central travel . The rates were very low but that must to have been due to the pandemic situation. Their fitness area has just enough equipment to get a decent work out in or do your morning cardio. The food was very basic but again I haven’t experience it when the hotel would operate normally without the COVID regulations. ||In general this is a location would fit a stay if you come to visit for work it business and you really don’t need any amenities or services at your place of stay. I wouldn’t recommend it for tourists who want to enjoy and experience Cali. ||||I don’t know If I would stay here again on my return.

We booked via the app Hopper and had a lot of problems with the app which were not the hotel’s fault. The staff were very kind and worked through the issues and solved everything. We were very satisfied with the stay but will never book anything again with the app ‘Hopper’. Back to using booking. com for me.

I was suppose to stay a week from 6/15 until 6/22 first of all the hotel does not look the same in person,the room was small the curtain hanging up was dirty the air condition was ragley. I didn’t feel safe they cut all the lights in the hallway off at 12am,they only had cereal for breakfast with no milk,the elevator stops between floors so you have to walk up the stairs with your luggage.if you are a female and traveling alone don’t stay there I check out the next day and got a refund.

My stay was OK! needs more services at the restaurant. The restaurant closes very early 9:30. The salon for parties is very close to the rooms which makes it very hard to sleep during any festivities that might be taken place, specially Friday and Saturday. It was very hard for me to sleep as the music was very lauded. I will recommend to separate the salon from the guests rooms as everyone has the same equality to have fun, be relax, and quite.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean room. It was a comfortable stay. I would visit again. My only complaint is the low water pressure and the water didn’t get very hot like I’m used to. But the room was kept clean, sheets changed regularly, the staff was friendly and helpful.
