My stay at Wyndham Costa del Sol was excellent. From the very beginning, the staff made me feel truly welcome. The bellboys were extremely friendly, and Telmo was especially helpful. At reception, Cinthya and Seida were wonderful—they gave great recommendations for restaurants and landmarks and helped with everything I needed during my stay. I really appreciated the welcome drink and the dish of sweets and treats, a lovely detail that made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful: a historic house that has been thoughtfully renovated, combining charm with all modern comforts. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and it had a bathtub, which I always appreciate to unwind and relax at the end of the day. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Plaza de Armas in Cusco, making it very easy to explore the city. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very well situated in CUSCO with a lovely centre courtyard to relax in. The service and assistance by all the staff was excellent. It was nice to have a great free breakfast each morning. The rooms were standard for Wyndham hotels but some had no windows and made you feel like you were on a cruise in an inside room. On our ten day trip around Peru we used Wyndham hotels exclusively and were very pleased. Great experience overall.

This hotel is set in a Spanish Colonial building, it has charm and character yet the rooms are spacious and modern. Included was a complimentary drink on arrival and breakfast was excellent. The location 5 minutes from the main square of Cusco is outstanding. Thank you to the staff for excellent service, I hope we can come back one day!

Hotel is located about 20 minutes from the airport and easy uber at a cost of about $7 usd at time of writing. Not super Lux, but it is (Central AmericA) AND Very comfortable with high-end, comfortable bed and really enjoyed the free breakfast. Heads up, walls and glass in bedrooms aren’t insulated as As they are in Canada but didn’t bother me. Just some conversational sound from courtyard. There’s an amazing 3 course meal but I did have a Problem with the Bill as look incorrect. But it wasn’t. Just $16usd for everything. Hotel felt very safe. With employees at the front door greeting you 24 hours a day. This wind definitely has the , Peruvian hospitality, But Edwin in the restaurant was a highlight of my Stay. There is very little English in this area and his is perfect. Went over and above to Help me plan my day, and understand Peruvian culture. 5 star overall. Managment is A+. Thank you for having me, will be definitely staying again.

Excellent service by Grimaldo who assisted with our bags in moment’s notice and at other times. The hotel is in a nice location with walking distance to the plaza and shops. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet is very good. They gave us a box when we had to leave early at 5:30AM. Restaurant food can improve in terms of catering to gluten free and vegetarian requirements for lunch/dinner if we need to order in room service. The hotel should consider redesigning the bathrooms to help keep toilet kits and to hang clothes🤔

Our stay here was booked last minute due to a canceled flight. The location of the hotel is ideal for sightseeing in Cusco. The hotel grounds are beautiful. The on-site restaurant we tried was great, and the food was amazing. The included daily breakfast was also amazing. There are elevators for rooms on upper floors. The room we had was large, comfortable, with water and coffee/tea in room. USB outlets. Huge bathroom with shower, which included shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There is an optional pay per item minibar in room as well for additional snacks. The service was attentive and efficient. It is a bit more costly than my budget would allow for a lengthy stay, however it was wonderful for the time we did have there.

Wow you guys are scammers who stole our money! I just got in touch with American Express. You lied to them about everything and did not refund our money for two nights. I checked out two days early due to altitude sickness, told them that reception, and they said, "oh contact your credit card company for a refund." I did, and Costa Del Sol sent a letter full of lies to American Express, claiming that we were not sick (you offered me muna tea for my stomach! and I told you at 10am when we checked out!) and that there was no refund. We had a plane to catch in Lima, we know when we checked out at 10am, not midday as you claim. They created a whole fake narrative to keep our money for 2 nights. Absolute liars, until our money is returned, I will not stop. Westerners, do not go to this dishonest place, I'm in shock.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was located right next to a public walkway, and constant noise from people passing by and car alarms made it extremely difficult to sleep. The facilities were old and poorly maintained. On top of that, the hotel demanded payment for cookies that we neither ate nor even saw. This clearly indicates poor housekeeping, yet the responsibility was unfairly placed on us as guests. What made the situation even worse was that I was forced to write a statement saying that I did not eat the cookies, and three staff members stood there to sign it. It was an incredibly humiliating and degrading experience. I cannot understand how a hotel would treat a guest this way over something as trivial as cookies. Throughout the entire interaction, the staff were unfriendly and did not even attempt to be polite or courteous. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone
