Hotel Costa Del Sol Wyndham Cusco

We would highly recommend this hotel! Our stay has been exceptional. Paprika, the restaurant, has a menu created with inspiration and diversity. It’s hard to choose which new dish to try! Every meal has been delicious! Servers Marcello and Edwin have helped to make our dining experience very enjoyable. Professional and friendly. Our room is beyond beautiful. The bed is comfortable, the washroom and whirlpool bathtub are luxurious. The fresco paintings in the wall add such elegance! The concierges and desk staff are amazing! They can answer any question and help to arrange any activity. Special mention goes out to Dennis and Grimaldi, whose smiles are contagious! If returning, we would absolutely not stay anywhere else.

We are a party of 5 (3 kids) and this hotel was great! The rooms are nice and very clean. Staff is helpful. The buffet breakfast is plentiful. Lots of breads, yogurts, meat, coffee and teas. You get five bottles of water or drinks with you stay and two bottles per room. The location is great and close to all the sites. Check out the market!

They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Our room was well- maintained. Speaking of exploration, the hotel's location couldn't be more ideal. Situated in the heart of the city, we were within walking distance of major attractions, dining options, and shopping areas. It made our sightseeing experience incredibly convenient and enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and hassle-free stay. The combination of exceptional service, delicious breakfast buffet, and a prime location makes it a standout choice.

We cannot speak highly enough of the restaurant Paprika! The menu is very diverse with fabulous choices. The food is delicious and prepared with inspired talent. The servers are beyond professional and courteous. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The front desk staff and concierges are extremely helpful and efficient. We feel that we are valued guests here, and will definitely mention you on our Facebook and Instagram posts of our stay in Peru.

We had an amazing stay at this Hotel! The hotel has a beautiful, authentic old Spanish feel that truly adds to the experience. It fully deserves its 4-star rating — everything was top quality. They really think of everything, including offering early breakfasts to accommodate the early tour schedules, which we really appreciated. We also had dinner at the hotel, and it was excellent — delicious food at a very reasonable price. Overall, fantastic value for money. Highly recommend!

Perfect location close to the main plaza with lots of shops and restaurant options. ||The front entrance is easy to miss, especially at night because the doors are kept closed, but I felt safe having security responsible for letting guests in. My group was immediately greeted by the bell service and helped us with our luggages while we filled out our check in forms. ||Breakfast was included with our stay and I was quite impressed at the food options. This is much fancier than your typical American-style continental breakfast. ||I don’t have any status with Wyndham, so I was especially excited and thankful when I was told that my 1 Double Bed room was upgraded to a MASSIVE Familial Colonel- 1 GIANT king with 2 double beds, along with a jacuzzi in a big bathroom area. Mind you, it was just two people in the room so it felt absolutely huge. ||We were also welcomed with desserts in the room when we arrived, again without any status, so I truly felt welcomed by the hotel staff.

This is a great hotel right near the center of Cusco, where everything is happening. But far enough off to get out of the crazy. Very nice, rooms have a/c and the customer service is bar none. I want to note about the bar and restaurant as well. Edy makes the best Pisco Sour I have had so far. He is a craftsman as a bartender and all the drinks he makes he take great care to make them excellent.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. Super centric to all pick ups and drop offs from tours, near plaza de Armas. The food at the hotel was also exceptional. Estrella was one of the best waiters, always making sure I was enjoying the food and making sure I had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here!
