This is a wonderful hotel, especially for close proximity to the airport. But is a great place to stay anyway. The facility is kept perfectly well, the rooms are great, clean and newly updated. The restaurant Paprika is wonderful as well. And the staff is absolutely world class and outstanding. Mr. Isaac at Reception should train hotel workers how to receive guests. He is a great professional! Mr. Bladimir and Mr. Jose at Paprika restaurant are wonderful professionals and gave a truly enjoyable dining experience!

We sat in the reception for over an hour waiting while others were coming in and being checked right in. They told us 30 minutes when we arrived, over an hour so far waiting. We were also the only white people. The place is on the closed side of the airport. The staff spent more time flirting and laughing with each other then dealing with customers. I did this post before we even seen our room, but expectations are low if the front end staff is any reflection. STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Then after getting upset and telling the counter lady we had been waiting almost 2 hours, she says that not true. I then asked for a refund and we would stay at Holiday inn, and of course they refuse!!! The front staff needs to stop flirting with each other and pay attention to what's happening instead of flirting and laughing with each other. Worst hotel experience yet... We will be doing a YouTube for this one, but it's probably unnecessary because the place will be out of business soon. We had better service at the $30 dollar hotel in Iquitos and the shack in the Amazon jungle for crying out loud. Update: Oscar Punta is the problem here. What is not mentioned is that we were sitting there while other guests arrived and were checked in ahead of us. The place reeks of urine, not just slightly... REEKD

This could be a great hotel except if you want a shower . The shower is Too hot 20 seconds then at a decent temperature for 20 seconds then too cold. On goes the cycle until hopefully you had a shower. On of our fellow travellers on a different floor shared the same experience on the same day. Sort it out Wyndham. You could be a decent hotel

Hotel was excellent in every aspect. Beginning with the bellboys and receptionist. Hotel entrance is literally across the street from terminal, 30 steps to be more specific. Employee Crystal was very friendly and professional showing respect and gratitude with the customers all the time. Breakfast items are exceptional and also there is a male employee who was offering everyone to make a customized omelette. Room was not too roomy but fair enough for 2 persons. Sleep quality was outstanding. Walls are sound proof since we did not hear any airplanes taking off or landing. What I could hear was people walking towards their rooms though.

Great value. Convenient location - although this location is near the old terminal, not the new one which opened last month. There is a shuttle that runs every half hour for free. There were staff in the arrivals hall of the new terminal with signs for the hotel to help you find the shuttle. It takes about 30 minutes on the shuttle even though it is a short distance, possibly longer in more traffic. We booked this hotel for a long layover and it was nice to have a comfortable space and a shower, and a great value even for a short time. It's not in a very walkable area, and the neighborhood nearby is not safe, but the restaurant in the lobby was good (with free pisco sour welcome drinks). We didn't sleep because our flight left at midnight but the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

As mentioned in other reviews this hotel is no longer directly connected to the airport however it is a nice place to stay. I'm posting a picture of the shuttle schedule. To catch the shuttle from the airport walk out door #3, look to your right and you will see a taxi sign. Cross the road into the middle island and that is where you will wait for the shuttle. We didn't have to wait long but it is every 1/2 hour so you might have to wait a little bit. It does take about 10 minutes to get to the hotel and the shuttle won't leave the airport until it's the 1/2 hour. If that doesn't work for you there at Taxis you can take too. Breakfast is really yummy and everyone is very nice. You can even get a late checkout. Ours was 2 PM! I personally felt this was still superior to other options around.

Check in was very quick and easy and the front desk staff was friendly. Eduardo Chileno was very helpful with getting my bags to the room and helping me get set up on the wifi. The room was clean and I loved that the pool is open 24/7.

Edwardo Chileno the bell man was very kind and considerate. He took good care of my friend and I. As two single women we felt secure and welcome at this hotel across from the old Lima airport. There is a free shuttle to the new Lima airport.
