Hotel Costasol

There are not many reviews for this hotel, so i had low expectations ,but the hotel and the stuff exceeded our expectations. Modern hotel,modern rooms, great location , tea kettle and tea,instant coffee,etc ptovided in Superior room, which also had a balcony. Big ,spacious room, with safe(ask for safe lock at the front desk). But the best is the hotel staff-our car would not start and they spent 2 hours calling car rental, updating us on every step until we have left. The best experience we had in our 2 weeks trip in Spain. Thank you, Costasol!

Was here to spend time with my friends before heading back to France for the Olympics. Smooth check-in and check out process. Not necessary to pay upon arrival which I liked. I didn't get to try the breakfast as I ate out with my friends around the city centre so location is a plus and it's only a 13 minute walk to the bus station. The bus stop to get to the beach in the city is also very close to the hotel. Lots to watch on TV movie-wise, Wi-Fi is also good as is the air-conditioning (thank goodness because temperatures are crazy high in July). Drop off/pick up space in front of the hotel (max. 10 mins). Supermarkets are close as well a number of restaurants and bars. Lift is small, slow and not air conditioned, staff were a bit lukewarm in terms of demeanour. My room had no view even though my booking was for one with an inner courtyard view but I just had the wall of the next building but this wasn't a huge deal as I had my friends to keep me busy but would've been annoying had I not had company. Overall, I had a pleasant 3 night stay on my first visit ever to Almeria and I would stay here again as the price was reasonable.

small room with small shower. Very clean. Bed and pillows comfortable. Safe available for a charge. Didn't eat breakfast here. Roof top sun terrace lovely with comfy seating and a shower. Convenient location . Parking a couple of streets away at €13 night.

My preferred hotel in Almeria. Excellent location, personable staff, clean updated rooms that are well maintained.

Arrived late evening & check in very efficient from friendly hotel reception. Very clean & comfortable room. Excellent central location. Roof terrace provides relaxing area to unwind. Hotel car parking close by but very testing if you have a large vehicle!

First time visitor, I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the property. Very convenient parking is organised by the hotel at a fraction of the price a few steps away from the hotel (do not come with a big car, as you will find it difficult to maneouver in the parking). The room was comfortable. Truth be told, soundproofing could be improved, but overall, apart from a few noises from time to time, it is a very calm hotel. I want to mention that all staff had excellent English skills. Thank you very much, I will most definitely come back again!

Stayed in a superior double room. We have stayed here a few times now. The room is a good size compared to the standard rooms. Always comfortable beds and pillows. The main problem we had was noise. Firstly from the room next door. At first the noise was so bad we thought someone was fighting. You could hear everything through the walls. Never had this problem before at this hotel maybe the guy in the next room was just extra loud. However on the day he left a whole family took over almost the whole of the floor we are staying on. They all left their room doors open and used the corridor as a meeting place so you can imagine the noise created. No chance of an afternoon rest. Also there was a strong smell of smoking from the other neighbouring room. I am surprised the staff were not aware of this.

We didn’t stay here but the reception staff were absolutely lovely and saved our day. We had been waiting for an hour at a taxi rank in the heat with my 5 year old and the man at reception very kindly called us a cab so we could return to our resort. Foyer looked spotless and everyone was super friendly. Cannot thank them enough.
