Had a great stay here! The rooms were comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The location is excellent, with easy access to many of the city’s main attractions. Variety of option for breakfast and dinner (pizzas were absolutely delicious!). A very special thanks to Ms. Liza at customer service for being so helpful during my stay. She was kind, attentive, and really made sure that any questions or concerns were handled quickly and with a smile. Her support made the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

There is No bell boy , guests have to carry their own luggage to the rooms (which i feel is the worst) . They have almost no staff , i don’t expect this from a 4star hotel . Also , they can not provide even for small things like charging adapter (PRO TIP: Carry travel adapters bcz georgia charging ports are very different) The rooms and location is nice but the hotel provides you NO CONFORT AND NO SERVICE

I had a fantastic stay at The Coste Hotel in Tbilisi! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is also very convenient for exploring the city. A pleasant surprise was the hotel’s restaurant — the food there was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. It was the perfect place to enjoy a meal without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend The Coste Hotel for anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Hotel Coste in Tbilisi has a great location with easy access to nearby groceries and restaurants. They serve a good breakfast, especially the fresh and delicious croissants! However, customer service needs improvement — the check-in experience was disappointing, as the staff didn’t even greet guests upon arrival.

Stayed there as part of our holidays, the hotel room was clean and tidy. Smelled fresh, the breakfast served was continental affair, with good choices of hot, cold and bakery items. We enjoyed our stay, best part if you are craving for dessert and ice cream they have a counter at lobby level open 24*7 also they have room service.

We had 3 nights in the Hotel Coste during our week in Georgia. Rooms were, modern, stylish and spacious. But (1) you couldn't see out of the windows as they were intentionally coated with white ... stuff! Presumably for privacy in spite of having usual two curtains like most other 4 star hotels. Unbelievable. Fridge didn't work; although plugged in, whole socket hanging out of wall. Basins had metal stoppers you pushed to fill with water but you couldn't empty when pressed again. No way would they come up. Surly maintenance man indicated you should not fill basin, just use running water.! The only way to empty it was a lever underneath, which my 'engineer' husband found. Desk staff relatively helpful. Oh, and the safe didn't work so surly maintenance man came and replaced batteries, left and .... it still didn't work.|Breakfast was ok. Choice of cooked or continental. ||On 'plus' side, we dined twice in the restaurant being on half board. Friendly staff, quick service and truly excellent food. Four courses, generous portions, too much for me, but couldn't fault the delicious cuisine.

Stayed here twice on tour of Caucasus|First time room 708 for 2 nights||Positives|-Location of hotel convenient||Negatives|-Small room, no place to put our suitcases or open them except the bed|-Strange quilts, two horizontal strips across the bed, but too narrow to use one each as normal|-No kettle, did have coffee machine but only one cup and saucer which looked decorative rather than useable- strange!|-No plugs by bed to charge phones|-Main road very busy/noisy|-Room smelled of cigarettes +++|-Seems very Russian leaning from the guests|-Poor breakfast, no fruit, no yoghurt, only juice was canned cherry juice and horribly sweet!||Second time room 613 for 1 night|-Lovely big room|-Had a nice deep bath|-Did not smell of cigarettes|-Not on main road so much quieter|-Plugs either side of bed to charge phones|-Kettle, coffee machine and 2 cups!||Would stay in room 613 again, do not stay in room 708!
