Hotel Country Villa

We stayed at Hotel Country Villa for 5 nights and absolutely loved our experience. The staff were wonderful — attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to assist us in organising some sightseeing, which made our trip even more memorable. The food was excellent, with plenty of variety, and the views from the hotel are simply breathtaking. Everything about our stay was comfortable and welcoming. 100% we will be back — highly recommended!

We both had an amazing time staying with you, from the service at the front door with an umbrella over our heads to protect us from the rain, to the recommendation of local trails. Amazing views, especially from Room 101. Yummy Indian-style buffet dinner, enough choice for a great dinner. Views amazing even on a cloudy or foggy morning. See you next time!

I’ve visited Hotel Country Villa, Nagarkot with my family, and it was truly a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious, the ambiance cozy with candle lights, and the scenic view simply breathtaking. This is one of the best property I have stayed in. The staff is super accommodative and make sure you feel the most comfortable. The view of the hotel is amazing. The rooms are really clean! The food is also really good. Overall had an amazing time.

Hotel Country Villa was a great stay with some disappointments.The location is perfect with a great view from all around the hotel.The service and staff were great all around with some exceptions.I booked 3 rooms for a total of 5 people with non non-refundable plan but due to a decrease in the number of people from 5 to 4, the hotel agreed to cancel 1 room for free for us. Although the process took some time and some pushing from Trip.com agent I am grateful for the free cancellation. One of the rooms I booked, the Junior Suite was for my partner and me for a short honeymoon kind of stay. The room was well designed and had great views but the in-room Jacuzzi needs maintenance. The outdoor pool and Jacuzzi were also great and the pool staff let us use them more than the closing time. The disappointing part of the stay was during breakfast. The buffet was amazing but the glass I used for juice had lipstick stains which I noticed after drinking from it. I am a male who doesn't use lipstick so it was clearly not mine. When I complained to a staff member who seemed to be a supervisor of some sort, instead of an apology, he laughed and asked us "Are you sure that it's not yours?" After that, he took the glass away and brought a new glass of juice but the juice was different from the one I was drinking.We were completely shocked by this as it was not a rookie staff that did this but rather a supervisor. Overall, we are satisfied with the whole stay but the lipstick on the glass has left a bad aftertaste.

Wonderful experience. It was a short stay but it was very nice. My family enjoyed the views and ambience as well. The breakfast was adequate.
