What a beautiful hotel. I believe it's a heritage site. Service was wonderful and all staff were very polite. Felt very welcoming and family like. I prefer small boutique like hotels than big chains. They displayed pictures of what the place looked like prior to renovation which was very interesting to see. We got a corner room on the second floor, very spacious and had a good view of the street. You can see tourists coming down to take pictures of this beautiful hotel. Location is very good. It's outside of the hustle and bustle, and just a 3-5 mim walk to the main tourist area by crossing the bridge. About a 5-7 min walk to public transit -tram. All very easy walk. I would stay here again.

The breakfast is really amazing! The quality of the products is top. They have really good omelets/ youghurt ( skyr)/ fresh fruits and sandwiches. You can eat here extremely healthy but you can also enjoy the French croissants and Pain au chocolats and cakes. Always stopping in Cour du Corbeau when i drive from Switserland to Belgium to have a breakfast @ this cozy/charming hotel

The Hotel has a fantastic location near the Christmas markets and major sites. I realize that I paid top dollar for visiting during a weekend during Christmas. However, for the price I thought my room would be eloquently furnished and finished. I felt the room just felt old and worn and needed to be updated or furnished better. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. However because of the high price I only gave it 4,rather than 5

This was the perfect location to experience the markets. You are right across the bridge from one of the market entrances, but because you are just outside the markets, you enjoy relative peace. It also makes arrival and departure much easier because of easy access to taxi services (many first-timers do not realize that cars are not allowed near the markets during their season). The service was phenomenal. I reached out to the concierge staff many times in the months leading up to our visit and was consistently pleased with the service we received. I booked two rooms - one for my mother-in-law and one for my daughter and me, and the only minor complaint I had was with my room. It was much smaller than my mother-in-law's room, but for the same price, even though it had been booked for two people. That is the only reason I did not rate the stay a 10/10. I would recommend this hotel 100 times out of 100 to anyone whose budget allows a stay here.

It is located right outside the city centre which is good as the area around the hotel is not congested and crowded. From the hotel, you can easily walk to the city centre or take the tram which is not far from the hotel. The deluxe room is fairly spacious. Standard of housekeeping is consistently good and the staff at the front desk and housekeeper are very polite and approachable. However the downside is there is no USB charging socket within the room, no fitness gym within the hotel and no parking within the hotel.

We loved the charming historic building and our room with a balcony that overlooked the courtyard. Within easy walking distance of the Grand Isle, we were away from crowds, but super close to all the major sites. Finally, the staff was attentive, helpful and proactive in meeting our every need. Outstanding!

We arrived after long flights very hot and exhausted. Thrilled to see this lovely hotel, we immediately noticed the hot uncomfortable temperature inside. The front desk explained that the weather had quickly become quite hot, and despite their precautions, the hotel air-conditioning was completely out. They had called, but they were unable to get a technician until Monday as it was the weekend. This was completely understandable, and they could not have been nicer about it, however, coming from a hot climate and plane, we were nervous about staying there with the predicted temperatures. When we explained our dilemma, the front desk totally understood, canceled our reservations, and even booked us at a nearby hotel whose air-conditioning was working. Completely unbelievable service and so very nice!||Even more—To thank us for understanding their problem, they even gave us a voucher for 4 free drinks at their delightful courtyard! Wow! ||The hotel was simply beautiful and we look forward to going back again, but their service was absolutely amazing… Above any expectations! Cannot wait to come back here again and visit beautiful Strasburg… And look forward to going back to this hotel, and it’s wonderful people!

A really nice historic hotel with a boutique hotel touch. Don’t miss the breakfast! It‘s one of the best I‘ve ever had in a hotel of this size and category in Europe. Last but not least: the staff is super friendly - merci beaucoup.

Entrance to Amazing Hotel right in the heart of Strasbourg, France. Walking distance to everything and light rail on doorstep! Rooms were excellent, lovely firm beds with the softest linen and doona, breakfasts were out of this world, with all cheeses, coffees, meats, eggs, pastries and creme brûlée's 5 out of 5 and we will be back - Christmas markets with the family! Hired a bike from around the corner for ease of transport as I have poor knees, simple no fuss. Fabulous brassieres everywhere, great little French restaurants and terrific markets all around. Did a day trip to Colmar and walked this fabulous city that lights up like tinsel town with the whole village. The structure of this building dates back to the 16th Century with a major renovation in 2009! The history of this hotel adorns the walls and they also give you a souvenir pack as a momento!

Overall, I had a very good experience here. - The location is good, near the city center, and within walking distance of multiple tram lines. - Rooms are a decent size. - The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. - The shower was good, and the toiletries were of acceptable quality. - The common areas are quite charming. - The breakfast buffet is decent. The only reason I can't give it five stars is that there's no gym, and it's nearly impossible to exercise in the surrounding area. I would stay there again the next time I'm in Strasbourg.

We actually were not guests here but we went in during a very busy Saturday during a festival to find someone to help us call a taxi to get back to our cruise ship. They were very very nice to accommodate us even though we were not guests of the hotel. The front desk clerk was very friendly and spoken English and was able to help us out and get a taxi. One of the bellhops also is very helpful in assisting my uncle, who is in a wheelchair and disabled, into the taxi. We really appreciated their help because we were under time to get back to our ship. I will say it looks like a very nice hotel and if I was in the area touring again I would consider staying here.

I love, love, love this hotel!!! This hotel, which is classified as a historical monument, is one of the oldest, and probably one of the coolest hotels, in Europe. First established as an inn in 1528. The hotel has 63 unique rooms that give you a feeling of history and Alsace culture. I came to Strasbourg for a quick getaway from Paris and to visit a new city. This hotel with its warm and spacious rooms turned my trip into a luxurious, calming, and relaxing retreat. The hotel uses Sealy mattresses and the pillows have different firmness. The shower was fabulous (large, hot water, and great pressure), a double vanity (rare in Europe), and I love towel warmers! The hotel is located across from the Grande Ile which is an UNESCO historic landmark. You can quickly walk to the cathedral, Place Kléber, restaurants, and shopping. The staff is super sweet. My room was available and they let me check in early. They also kept my bags after checkout so I could continue to enjoy the city and arranged a taxi to the train station. They offer tea in the lobby in the afternoon. There is a bar in the lobby. Fabulous service and thanks for letting me pig-out on the yummy Haribo Tagada at the front desk!

I love this place and I got a great deal! I wanted to splurge on an overnight to the Christmas markets for a dear friend visiting. It was located near the cathedral and the markets. So we were able to stroll and shop. I would definitely stay here again. The breakfast the following morning was not included, but well worth it to have a traditional french breakfast.

With Style and Comfort We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cour du Corbeau. The hotel has a prime location in the heart of the city. Within easy walking distance of the major attractions in the heart of the city, you can easily find the very best this city has to offer. The staff of the hotel was excellent, obviously well trained, and very professional. The breakfast buffet was loaded with a variety of selections providing a great start for the day. While this hotel is on the expensive side, you really get what you pay for in location, service, style, food and charm. This place is well worth the expense. Located in an historic building, there was some restoration construction underway. I used the opportunity to explore some of the older sections undergoing refurbishment. The building is an historical timepiece that merits the time for some discovery. Note: If you are driving, the hidden main entrance on a side street could be a real challenge.

Outstanding hotel! Wonderful service. Great location in the heart of town. Rooms are very nice. Top of the line features and appliances. The hotel itself is a bit hard to find, since it's located on a street with a barrier which has to be lowered to allow you on the street. English spoken here.

Fantastic location, service and comfort. The WiFi is terrible Just like the title said, this hotel is great. Situated blocks away from the touristic areas and great restaurants. The people at their restaurant for breakfast are beyond friendly. We will come back and bring our own hotspot because their WiFi is awful, you have to get a code per tablet, laptop or cell to connect and 99% the time the # of users is over the paid license they have, so you can't get online. I will give them 5 stars if they fix that.
