I called the hotel to make a booking. The man who answered the phone could not have been more rude. I was shocked at how rude he was. He barely spoke English and when I asked if there was an email address I could contact (as from my experience, it is easier to email when there is a language barrier) he kept insisting that there wasn't. He kept repeating a price and telling me to go on "Bookingcom". I told him that the price was not the same as what he was saying and he just hung up. I tried calling back and he hung up again. You just lost a potential customer and I hope you lose some others after they read this review. Terrible customer service. The guy needs to get a new job that doesn't involve interacting with people.

Never again. This has been a really bad experience mainly due to the host himself. An impolite, even rude and stressed person, totally unsuitable for his job. Reception is closed most of the time. Probably because he is unable to interact properly with his clients. Hotel’s location is perfect, however, the interior needs a total refurbishment and the building is smelly. It’s outdated. So don’t expect a thing. Never ever again for us and we certainly don’t recommend to stay here.

We were a group out of 8 people. Our rooms were very comfortable, practical, big and airy. We had enough cupboards, an own fridge and even a balcony. The bathroom was new renovated and just very pretty. As all restaurants were closed because of the new covid measures we were still able to eat at the hotel and even choose anything from the menu. The choice was massive and the food was incredibly good! The owner was extremely friendly and took good care of us. Our stay was simply amazing and I would definitely choose this hotel again and I can definitely recommend it! |There‘s literally nothing bad I can say about everything. They‘ve even got a ski room with a ski boot heater. Getting to the cable car takes you about 3 minutes by foot and it’s just around the corner. So is the next grocery shop. Everything’s top about this beautiful place!

The Cresta Hotel provides everything you will ever need in a ski resort. With its central location and spacious rooms what's not to love!||||The spacious rooms provide a comfortable arrangement with a sofa area and a balcony to relax and unwind after a long days skiing. There is even the added bonus to dive into a relaxing sauna or pump some iron in the hotel's gymnasium (granted - it is small).||||The breakfast was enjoyable with a range of great fluffy bread and delicious tropical fruit.||||To top it all off the host was truly amazing. From running breakfast in the morning, being in charge of the reception, to waiting dinner in the evening, he was very attentive and an excellent host! ||||All-in-all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rush back in a heart beat.

This is a nice hotel located just a few minutes walk from the train station. The rooms nice, clean and modern, no noise from the other rooms but if you get a room close to the stairs you might be disturbed by guests coming in late. Breakfast was good and the staff friendly but most of them don't speak more than a few words in english. The location is great for skiing, it'll take you just a few minutes walk to the cable car station. Large ski room with boot driers in the basement and a small but perfectly ok sauna together with the reasonable price (105 CHF per person/night during skiing season) makes this a great stay and I would come back. We did not visit the restaurant, it looked ok and had an ordinary Swiss menu.

Super family run hotel very close to the centre of the village and the main lift offering perfectly functional rooms at an attractive price. Great mountain views from the balcony. Charming and helpful staff. Adequate breakfast and good supper. Highly recommended other than for those seeking the height of luxury.

Our stay at hotel Cresta in Klosters was amazing. The food was very good and the menu had a huge variety. The breakfast buffet was really big and very good. Fresh fruits, fresh bread, good yoghurt, very good bread spreads and just everything was there. The rooms were very comforting and the bathroom was very modern and they‘ve even got a fridge and an own balcony. The owner was very friendly and took good care of us. I‘ll highly recommend a stay at this place! It‘s very central and only a three minutes walk to the next grocery store and cable car. Everything about hotel Credta is amazing!

Stayed here several times during the years when my fav hotels Alpina and Steinbock were fully booked. It is one of the few "cheaper" options in Klosters but it is still a pleasent experience. Simple but clean and the breakfast is ok. And the hotel is perfect situated in the centre of the village, close to everything including the Gotschnabahn. And finally, there is a sauna for body healing after a day in deep powder.
