Hotel Cristina Sorrento

Fabulous service, stunning hotel!|We chose to be up on the Hill overlooking Sorrento for the amazing views, and this Hotel did not disappoint! Views galore over Sorrento, Mt Vesuvius & the Gulf of Naples. |Reception staff were absolutely helpful with any request & very friendly and accommodating.|The Bus/shuttle to & from the heart of Sorrento was an excellent bonus.|Our Family room was a little small as was the bathroom but our balcony made up for that! Those views, wow wow wow! Our doors opened up right onto the views of Sorrento, I could stare at that view forever, even more stunning at night!|The hotel was very clean & beautiful, stunning actually!|Breakfast was amazing, we sat both mornings out on the breakfast verandah & enjoyed every moment! Food was delicious & the coffee just perfect. Staff were fantastic too!|The sunset views from the pool/ bar area were magnificent & enchanting to witness. |We absolutely loved our 2 night stay. |

We stayed for a week B&B at the beginning of October, two adults and two older teens. I would highly recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Sorrento and the Amalfi Coast. Whilst the room was a little small for four, it was very clean and the view was spectacular with a small balcony where you could sit and enjoy looking out over the coast. |You can comfortably walk into Sorrento from the hotel but they offer an excellent shuttle bus which we used regularly especially in the evenings coming back from a meal out. The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. We had a lovely lady working there come check each night that everything was ok for us. We had booked for breakfast each day which was delicious, a huge range of hot and cold food. One in our family is gluten free and there were plenty of options for her too. During our stay we also had lunch and dinner at the hotel and again, all delicious.|The hotel has a pool which was great, the views from the pool terrace are stunning. The grounds of the hotel were immaculate with lots of beautiful flowers and plants too. |I would definitely return to this hotel again. Thanks for a brilliant week Hotel Cristina.

The staff at this hotel were great. They were all helpful and kind. They provided a shuttle to the center of town about every hour which made it easy to explore and enjoy Sorrento. The breakfast was healthy and again the staff was outstanding. The view during breakfast was lovely too. Hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice outdoor space to sit see a wonderful view of Sorrento, the water and Mt Vesuvius. The only criticism was that our shower did not drain quickly enough, but it was still manageable. We definitely recommend this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel! Delicious breakfast with an amazing view. Shuttles to and from downtown that constantly run. A staff that truly cares and goes above and beyond for their guests - especially Chiara! She really made us feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel is on a hill so the area is quiet and the views are incredible. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sorrento!

My husband and I stayed at the hotel Cristina and it was excellent. The area is quiet and the view is fantastic. They have a free shuttle to the center of Sorrento, but it's also a pretty easy walk (about 20 min if you walk slow). The pool is very nice, excellent way to relax. The breakfast was very good. My only negative comment relates to the hair dryer provided in the room. It was very low power and would turn itself off after running for a few min, therefore took forever to get my hair dry and presentable to leave the room

We stayed in Sorrento to take day trips to Positano & Capri, it is a ways from the center and from main streets but they offer a shuttle service to the center. Unfortunately, we got rain when we stayed and our ocean view room leaked all over our stuff. Looking from where the leaks came from, we found mold on the rocks and the AC unit. They immediately changed us rooms which we were thankful for and the standard room was far more clean, renewed & comfortable. Book the standard! Most of the property had ocean views anyways. Breakfast was the best offered and worth it if booking the package. We had a great stay overall!

We got married in Sorrento and stayed with all our guests at this hotel. The food is incredible, good value and the staff just cant do enough for you. All i can say is we had 50 guests stay at this hotel along with my family and everybody loved it. They are the most wonderful family who own this hotel where you will be well looked after. We will most defiantly be going back :-)

Amazing balcony view of the Bay if Naples and Vesuvius. Every morning to see this gorgeous scene is mind blowing. |Great breakfast options with super service from Francesco and Maria. The staff cannot do enough. They remember your coffee requirements.|The cleaners are also brilliant. Valentina would check that everything is as required. I've never seen this level of cleanliness anywhere before.|Free shuttle bus to and from the train station saves 30 euros each way.|Most of all the staff at reception are the best ever. They know everything. They have timetables for buses, trains, ferries etc with costs. Augustino and Chiara you made our stay absolutely amazing.|Room service us fabulous. |There is a swimming pool on the 6th floor with the bar and the restaurant nearby. The views are great.|The hotel have a whatsapp number so that you can communicate before and during the trip. Again a first.|We would return I a heartbeat.
