Hotel Crown

Very good location, very close to the city center, room well-kept, clean. Hotel service is very helpfull . I have never met a friendlier addition. I very recommend them.

The location is quite good - there is parking and you can leave your car and get to the city centre on foot as it is very close. The room corresponds to the price you pay for. The furniture is old, but the mattress is huge and comfortable enough. My child slept great.

Our experience with the Hotel Korona staff in July 2019 was fantastic -- very different from what I saw in a few previous reviews. The staff was helpful and responsive from the moment we checked in and were extremely gracious when our change of plans resulted in a last-minute cancellation. They could not have been more accommodating. The hotel is certainly not high-end but it is well-located and offers a good breakfast, with the option to enjoy it on a nice patio.

The hotel served us well. The room was spacious and the breakfast was okay. The best thing was location because it's in a quiet part of Sunny Beach, but it's close enough that you can walk everywhere. The pool was ok during our stay, and it was generally clean.

I used this hotel as a base only for a two week stay. Which did exactly what i wanted from a hotel. Clean room with two towels changed daily if required, poolside view with plenty of sunshine, nice bed for a good nights sleep, a shower room for bodily hygeine, close to the beach, close to restaurants & local amenities & of course friendly staff to assist with any requirements. Ive travelled around the globe to many locations, i found this hotel very quiet & relaxing, the staff tried their best to keep the hotel running to cater for its residents needs. Hotel Korona could do with a refurbishment to meet holiday makers expectations, my expectations were very low as i read the reveiws before booking but decided that i would try this hotel for my own personal use, which was to basically get washed, changed & a good nights sleep. This hotel did exactly what i needed. As the saying goes - You pay for what you get.

Very clean rooms and nice staff overall. Less than 5 min walk from the central square. Worth the price.

Good place, near to center. Restaurant serve good meal. No elevator, lot of stairs, but no problem. Rooms oriented to street are more noise, but they have AC and you can close window. I enjoy stay here.

4-am on Friday morning my mum and her partner arrived for a holiday to celebrate her birthday, they were just about to spend 10 nights in what had been described a lovely hotel after someone at the travel agent had told them he had stayed there himself (sales tactic of course) When shown to there room they were welcomes with... stained beds, stained sheets, stained mattresses, stained carpets that absolutely stunk! They entered the bathroom to see urine stained floor, shower curtain that was too short so when you run the water everything was soaked. The shower fixture was broken so she had to physically hold the shower head to take a shower. The room was filled with months of built up mould which was a major health and safety hazard and could most likely leave someone poorly! ||||The pool was green and dirty like it hadn't been cleaned for months, the surrounding areas were fill of rubbish, run down plants and just dirt and grime. The loungers were mostly broken but left discarded around the premises. ||||The breakfast was poorly cooked and were just thrown into silver trays with no care for cleanliness or customers health. Absolutely appalled that this hotel is been run this way and quite frankly surprised it's even allowed to continue to trade! ||||Please see photos that were taken by my mum.
