Fantastic hotel. The concept is amazing and is very well conceived. The room was very spacious, well decorated and clean. The service was good and the employees were very nice. The breakfast was good and with variety, the room was small but very cosy. The location is good and calm. Next to the market, there is a good variety of places to eat. With a small walk you are near all the transports to the historic center.

Very friendly, helpful staff throughout. The reception staff always helpful and offering suggestions and additional help. Restaurant staff helpful and attentive particularly Joan from Brazil. Rooms were spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The hotel is built on the site of an old market hall and in addition to its own restaurant you have a wide range if catering options providing food from the region and the rest of the world. Prices offered great value for money and is an ideal spot for tourists with easy access by public transport to the airport, city and coast. It is a city hotel so don't expect a panoramic view and you will not jbe disappointed.

Hotel was nice however not enough food/restaurant options nearby except for the food court where we got two separate meals that were extremely disappointing. The room was very small, the staff very nice, friendly and professional. The bar usually empty and looked like small selection. I have mobility issues and there was no option except stairs to get to the lobby.

Hotel de Musica is a beautiful hotel. Very well maintained and the staff is always courteous and very helpful. We were celebrating our 60th anniversary in Porto so asked for a restaurant close by to have our dinner . They not only gave us the name of the restaurant, made the reservation . When we returned to our room there was a lovely setting of wine, cake and a lovely card wishing us a Happy Anniversary! That is beyond what anyone would expect.

Nice area of the city, the area is being developed but much quieter than in the very center. The Metro is just over 5 minutes walk and is on the direct line from the airport and a couple of stops away from the center. Buses leave direct from the round-about just minutes walk too. |The hotel was very clean and our room was cleaned daily. There's a lovely buffet breakfast (varying fresh fruit daily). We also ate a couple of times in the hotel and would recommend.|Next door there is a food hall with plenty variety for food and drinks as well as a mini supermarket. A local shopping mall a short walk too.|The hotel receptionists were amazing, very friendly and professional as well as helpful. My mobile was stolen when I was walking over the Luis Bridge, it was very stressful and reception were amazing when I got back to the hotel.

The hotel has both pros and cons. Location is not the best for sightseeing, it’s about a 10-minute walk to the nearest metro, then a few stops to the main attractions, which can be inconvenient especially in rainy weather. On the plus side, it’s right next to a lively market/food court with lots of local bites, and there’s even a supermarket inside. The staff were very kind, spoke good uEnglish, and even provided a welcome plate with fruits and egg tarts, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was nicer than the photos: spacious, very clean, with a safe box, closet, and separate bathroom and toilet. Breakfast was plentiful with many varieties, though it was the same selection every day.A few downsides: the cleaning staff entered my room twice while I was inside (once early in the morning while I was asleep, and another time while I was in the bathroom). They may have knocked, but it still felt intrusive. The window setup was also awkward, my room faced the lobby, so I had to keep the curtain closed the whole stay for privacy, which made the room dark.Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel with great staff, but the location isn’t ideal if you want to be close to main attractions. If the price is good compared to the ones in the center, then it could be a good choose as taxis to the center cost about €5 one way. Otherwise, I’d probably choose somewhere in the more central area next time.

Friendly, helpful staff throughout the hotel. Comfortable well appointed rooms . Accessible to City Centre and Airport via public transport. Good breakfast and dinner options available too. Good value for money too. What more would you want?

Google
A little out of the centre but clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed a night before we were booked in for the first night of an organised cycling trip . Staff had moved our bags to the new room while we were out sightseeing. Fantastic food hall just through a door from the hotel with huge choice of food and beer!

Yelp
Good things: clean, safe, excellent staff, good breakfast, adjacent to the Bom Successo Market where you can find many good places to eat and drink as well as a small super market. Close to good music options and a half hour walk to city center. The shower is like a waterfall and perfect after traveling. Not so good: Rooms are very small, lack temperature control, have lumpy pillows and do not have access to natural light unless you want to invite those in the Bom Successo market to look at your room. Bathroom has no wall between bed space and toilet, sink etc. Summary: Didn't love it here. Would return if I was alone and the price was right.

Yelp
Fine hotel and a good value. Very friendly front desk and fantastic location next to a wonderful high-quality food Court and mall. No gym but one right across street.
