Hotel Dâmbovița

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel. While I understand that the hotel is a three-star establishment, I believe that certain aspects of the service and amenities fell short of my expectations. Specifically, I would like to bring to your attention the lack of telephones in the guest rooms and the limited availability of irons. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that tea kettles and tea bags were not provided in the rooms. Although I appreciate the efforts of your staff member, Eric, in providing me with a kettle from the kitchen, I believe that these essential items should be standard in every guest room. Furthermore, I observed that the hotel's facilities are in need of renovation and investment. In comparison, Hotel Wallachia, which is also a three-star establishment, appears to be better maintained and offers a higher level of service. I would like to commend Eric for his exceptional customer service and positive attitude. His dedication to providing a positive experience for guests is commendable, and I believe that he would be an asset to your hotel in a more senior role. I hope that my feedback will be taken into consideration and that improvements will be made to enhance the overall guest experience at your hotel. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony and the room very clean and nice. |Breakfast is very good with a variety of many choices .|Staff friendly and helpful. |There were some problems with the shower, but hopefully, everything was okay. |I repeat again, absolutely beautiful view |

By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The personell at the cafeteria in the hotel, some of the personell at the receptionist were far from making us feel welcome. I guess they do not like What they are doing, their job. But they must not reflect their hatred to their professions to their guests in the hotel. They even did not have haşr dryers in the room. We asked and collected some from the receptionist. The so-callled clean towels they supplied to us had stains on them and we had to change it a couple of times.I will remeber staying there with regret. Thanks to only a few staff members at the reception who worked night shifts there we were in the hotel because they did their best for us. They will be remebered with gratitude. Other than them the service was terrible Not recommended.

the towels were always dirty. We ask them for 7th times they always give to us dirty towels. Also our room for 1 person but there was 2 beds. There was no such thing as cleanliness. Don't believe their photos on the internet. If I didn't have to, I wouldn't stay there if they paid for it.I don't even want to talk about the bathroom. There was also no hair dryer or kettle. all the photos shown on the internet are lies. 3 stars? No, they don't deserve even 1 star.

My second home ♥ Very nice staff who are always helpful and courteous! The rooms are clean and spacious with a nice view of the park. The food in the restaurant is good and vegetarians will also find something here (although the selection could be a little larger). The hotel is located right in the center of Targoviste and a 24/7 shop, restaurants and cafes and other shops are within walking distance. I'm always happy to stay in this hotel!

A nice and clean Hotel in the center of Targoviste, with a nice view to the park. Tidy rooms, very kind and hospitable staff and pretty good food.

Service by Eric was amazing, best part of the hotel. There was a problem with the wifi in the rooms but that’s about it

Stayed there from 09.10. – 10.10.||Because our regular hotel was fully booked and I needed to stay one day longer I was forced to take this hotel because it was the only one with rooms left.||||Positive: you have a nice view over the parc and a balcony.||Nice gadget: you do not have to switch on/off the light in the bathroom, it works automatically when you enter. Great idea.||The room offers enough space||||Negative:||Where should I start?||Welcome totally cold and repelling. The employer at the desk should work for a authority but nothing with customer contact. More unfriendly is not possible.||I think it is because of the temperature in the lobby, about 12 °?||Bed: a catastrophe, you can sleep on the floor, this would make no difference. I was bidden by fleas during the night, great experience.||Bath room: what a pity. Just close the eyes and do your things, but do not look around.||To take a shower in the morning was not possible, no water was coming!! Enough pressure to wash your hands, but to take a shower? Forget it!||Wifi: not existing||Reading lamp at the left and at the right of the bed? if you want to feel the atmosphere in a brothel, then these lamps are best suited. A deep red light….. reading? Impossible?||Alternative to light? The ceiling lamp that shines as brightly as in a hospital. Nice…..||||Ok, lets be fair!”||The room rate is 24 €/night. Fair enough.||If you can only spend 24 €, then go there a take a room.||For all others who wants to have a small piece of kindness and comfort, go elsewhere, because there you will not be happy at all!!||||1 star for the idea with the light in the bathroom, but that’s it!
