Hôtel Dar Mounir

Beautiful and truly magical place to stay. The reception staff were very nice and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty and simple. The hotel has an amazing terrace. The beds were fine, but the only downside was the bathroom — the shower was very small, the shower head was broken, and there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

This is the CUTEST hotel!!! Walking into our rooms in this hotel made us feel like we had been transported to Agrabah!! The rooms were clean and the bathrooms had a rain shower ! The mattresses were not the springiest but honestly after exploring chefchaouen all day, you will pass out anyway! The AC worked great! The breakfast in the morning was very yummy! I would recommend this stay!

Lovely quiet hotel in easy walking distance to the main square for restaurants and cafes and a great base to all we wanted to see and do in Chefchaouen. Spacious, nicely decorated and clean rooms and we enjoyed the views from the terrace. Friendly, helpful staff carry your bags to and from transport drop-off as there are stairs to navigate walking to this hotel and also inside (no lifts). There were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room nor a safe.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a fabulous location within beautiful Chefchaouen. The building itself is so special and the rooftop terrace has beautiful views. The rooms and entire hotel has such intricate detail and is just amazing and a joy to look at. The room was spacious and has a double bed and 2 singles plus an area to sit. The staff are so kind and patient and were happy to chat to us and help us with our many questions. They went above and beyond. Thankfully they were happy to take our luggage to our room as the stairs were tricky for us. Cannot fault their kindness.|Breakfast not great.|

Great views from the rooftop. Staff were great; they helped us navigate taxis to and from the bus station and were with us every step of the way. The location was perfect and nearby the markets and restaurants. A small, buffet style breakfast was downstairs in the restaurant space.

Extremely well located hotel to enable easy access to everything you need. A quick walk to the main square where you can easily visit some great restaurants and shops.|Breakfast at the hotel was delicious with plenty of options to suit most tastes. Staff were very friendly and super welcoming and willing to assist when asked.|Our room was spacious and clean and beds were comfortable.|Noise does travel around a bit so you might want to bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.|Roof top terrace also available.

Beautiful hotel! Our room felt like a movie set. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There were extra blankets in the room, heat, and AC. Breakfast was scrambled omelet, pastries, yogurt, coffee, tea, juice, spreads, and breads. Great location! Very close to the central square, Kasbah, restaurants, and shops. It was pretty quiet for how central the location was. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely would recommend!

Room decor charming but furniture worn - needs a little updating. Beds comfortable and breakfast decent. Located close to the central square of the old city hence close proximity to shopping & restaurants. Staff polite and friendly. A very pleasant accommodation.
