Hotel „Das Reiners" - Naturgenuss.Heimat.

Small and family run but overall a very nice and cozy furnished hotel. Our room was newly renovated except for the bathroom but everything was clean so we didn't bother much. Personally I missed a kettle for some tea in the late evenings. Breakfast for guests is € 7 p.p. and provides a variety of treats (for non hotel guests: € 17). There's a late online check-in form, you need to fill out, if you arrive after 6 pm. Your key will be stored at the entrance behind a safe. All in all I think, it's a very good starting point for exploring the surroundings of Grafenau.

This place is simply beautiful.. in the morning you can see Sun rising above hills, directly from your balcony, and air is so clean. Grub itself is very peaceful, 0% noise pollution... for relaxation, you will have trouble finding better. Staff in hotel is very friendly, rooms are clean and neat. Breakfast is tasty, and you can choose many different meals. Unfortunately I was there for business so i didn't had opportunity to explore hiking trails and complete offer that "Das Reiners" can give you, but even this was very satisfying.

Stayed there a couple of nights during a business trip. This is just a great place to stay and relax. The hosts are the most pleasant couple you can imagine. They right away remember your name, and makes sure that you are comfortable at any time. Rooms are big, clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The restaurant is a pearl - food is really great. Would love to come back and say "Hi" to the Reiners couple. Thanks - thanks - thanks!!!

We spent 3 nights at this family run hotel. The owner was very helpful with maps and hiking suggestions. Ok room, albeit very Bavarian:), but the prices were considerably higher than stated in Lonely Planet. The girls working in the hotel gave us wrong information, which meant quite a bit of hassle with public transportation. Small pool in basement. Bit of fitness equipment in basement, which unfortunately isn't avalilabe early in the morning (6.30-7.00). Fine 3 course meal for extra Euro 10. Good base for hiking in the Bavarian forest.

Friendly service, clean room, good Wi-Fi, breakfast is average. The water in pool seems not very clean, our hairs somehow feel very sticky after swimming.

Perfectly clean room, cozy accommodation, nice breakfast and friendly staff. Staff even kickstarted my car when it broke down and took some calls for me - one of the best hotel experiences I‘ve had!!

I stayed 2 nights on business in September 2017. A business partner (he lives nearby) has booked this hotel for me. It was great experience for me. The hotel built at beautiful and quiet hillside, so we can't do night walk or bar hopping. But they have a nice restaurant. Anyway we had a BIG lunch with meeting, so less ate at night. Antipasto Mist and local beer, It's enough to enjoy! The room is clean, if you lucky you can see horses that breeding by hotels neighbors from windows. In morning, they serve beautiful breakfast. almost all of vegitables, meats , eggs, fishes are quite fresh and local made. Before/After the breakfast, you can enjoy walking around in fresh air... Thats amazing. If I have a chance, I will definitely stay here again!
