A pleasant and spacious room with comfy beds and good bathroom. Front desk staff were uniformly helpful and friendly. A request for a late checkout was granted with no fuss. The hotel restaurant was also good, with friendly and quick service ( and a very tasty goulash). The one down side was cleaning staff just walking into our room early one morning, with no warning. Better communication about who has checked out or notice needed there. However overall a very nice stay. The hotel is also very centrally located and has access to discounted underground parking just a few metres down the road.

Great hotel! Clean and nicely maintained, located right in the city center. Perfect spot for exploring the area. Staff were friendly and everything was well organized. Would definitely stay again!

One of the finer addresses in the splendid city of Graz, ideally located right on the River Mur and within five minutes walk across the bridge into the historic centre. A classic décor and friendly service, bright spacious rooms suitable for tourist and business traveller alike. Rates are very reasonable for such an establishment but 31 Euros to park in the underground carpark is a hefty optional supplement. The adjacent Steier restaurant offers excellent local dishes and the hotel breakfast is more than ample.

Loved the place: old architecture, modernised, clean, great mattress and linen, small and practical rooms, grand breakfast, team and facilities for meetings. Central, quiet, lovely. I loved it and I am happy to come again, by the way this hotel and restaurant chain is highly recommendable!

The hotel is in a good location, but the rooms are not great. I stayed in the new section of the hotel called “The Dream Machine”. The bed is on a wooden platform but without a proper box spring, every time you move the bed creaks. Also, the water in the shower cannot maintain a consistent temperature. You get it to the temperature you want and it will suddenly go cold.

All perfect! This is a lovely hotel with very high quality service! Perfectly designed, comfortable rooms, the breakfast is delicious and offers literally every type of breakfast, the staff is very kind and proffesional and the location is amaizing. They made an excellent service and with this a perfect vacation! I only can recommend this hotel! Thank you for the experience Team Weitzer!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at perfect central location in Graz with easy access everywhere, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent service, and a really good breakfast. Highly recommended!

I stayed in this hotel for business purposes and am basing my review on my business requirements. The parking was easy and the location was easy to get to. This hotel is in a perfect location to explore Graz and get some traditional Austrian food, drink and scenery. The lower review is down to room facilities. The room was large and clean but missed some essentials for me. There are no tea/coffee making facilities and no iron/ironing board. The bed was large, the pillows soft and the mattress firm. Not my personal preference but i slept and felt rested. Unfortunately, the thin walls made it harder as I heard everything my neighbours did (showers, opening their wardrobe etc) The biggest problem for me was the shower, although it was really clean and modern I had problems with the water. You cannot set a consistent temperature. It would go ice cold and then scolding hot within seconds. Sometimes it would be fine, but sometimes it was hard to take a shower. I suspect it's when it others are using the water nearby. Overall my experience was okay and because I was busy I was never able to give the hotel the opportunity to fix my problems. I'm sure if I did they would have done their best as the staff were extremely friendly upon checkin and came across very helpful.

A short walk across the river leads you to main shopping/dining part of Graz. Hotel room is small and so is the bathroom. There is a bar in this hotel. Nothing fancy but functional and clean.

Nice hotel in a great location. Clean rooms with a decent size bed. Staff did a good job in keeping the room clean.

I have had very good food here. We had our Christmas office dinner here and i have been there a couple of times otherwise. The service was fantastic and the food was perfect. I would love to give 5 stars but the restaurant is a bit too old fashioned for my taste, and I would rather have some interior modernization to give it 5 stars.:-)
