Hôtel de Berri Champs-Élysées, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Paris

I've stayed in plenty of 5 star hotels around the world, as well as plenty of LUXURY COLLECTION hotels and other Marriott properties around the globe - Ritz-Carlton, W, JW Marriott - and yet this hotel has by far been my favourite one to stay at! First, let's start with location...just off the Champs-Elysées down a street about 300m from Tiffany boutique along the main thoroughfare. It's a central location to the metro line, the 'Golden Triangle' and plenty of other districts in Paris that you'd like to walk to! Pick up and drop-off directly outside the hotel was easy. Then let's elaborate on the beautiful design of the hotel! It's like staying in an extended gallery of the Lourve. I was told by one of the staff that the owners own multiple hotels in the area, but this one was their favourite and they used it as their personal art gallery; with replica art pieces and statues done by students to replicate what was in the museum! Each suite also features custom design as well. Food was exceptional. Breakfast was our favourite, with fresh out-of-the-oven croissants made and then placed on the table hot, that just melted in your mouth! The best croissants and pain au chocolat we had in all of France. The suite we had was spacious. Beautiful wallpaper, gorgeous details, Acqua Di Parma spa products, a beautiful Parisian bathtub and Toto toilet - all the lush little amenities that make for a pleasant stay! The TVs were hidden behind glass, the couch was comfortable and there was carpet for our baby to crawl on! Our stay, even though there was plenty of foot traffic in and out of the hotel, never felt busy and we always felt well taken care of by the entire team! The staff here, however, were what truly made our stay exceptional! I can't remember every single person's name but I'll try... We'll start with Dario, the friendly Italian we met upon check-in. He gave us a personal tour of the hotel and led us to our room, then walked us through the amenities and controls, showing us how to use the appliances, TV and how to access light switches. This simple, yet personalised tour, really set the mood of our stay! We had personalised slippers on the bed with our names on it too upon arrival - way to make us smile. Ben, Angelo and April on the concierge team went above and beyond during our stay to coordinate with Housekeeping to surprise my wife with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, an in-room massage, rose petals on the bed, pastries delivered from a local chef and even Ben picked up a giant XXL pain au chocolat as a birthday cake substitute because I couldn't make it out to pick it up from the bakery myself! Ben organised with Louis Vuitton directly to have something monogrammed for me and helped me skip the queue; and April found out how we could have a certain French meal delivered to our door. Angelo personally escorted me to a nearby restaurant and helped me order some food in French as it was one of his recommendations. All in all, concierge team were truly phenomenal and went above and beyond! Front desk and door team were also fantastic, with Medi helping me practice my French and let me dine in the lobby with room service at 12:30AM after a rugby match - not really done, but they made an exception! The front door team always had the door waiting or umbrella ready to serve us and greeted us with smiles. It was a truly exceptional stay. Have highly recommended this hotel to friends and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

An exceptional stay! The hotel was spotless and the location couldn’t be more perfect — everything is just a short walk away. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction; every single team member was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. I will absolutely be returning on my next visit.

We booked 3 junior suites to celebrate an important family event and were very well looked after by Sergio and the team. Our rooms were lovely, quirky and quite dark but very nicely furnished with nice bathrooms and amenities.|The location is great. Even during a day of protests we managed to get around easily and return to the sanctuary of the hotel off the Champs Elysees. The staff from the housekeepers to waiters to doormen were all excellent and very helpful. |A well run hotel, highly recommended.

I found the Hotel de Berri to be charming and unique. The hotel staff were wonderful. Shout out to April at the Concierge Desk, she was extremely helpful during our stay. Location was great. We had two rooms which were charming and fine for our purposes and size was adequate especially for Paris. Breakfast was delicious only complaint was that the restaurant was so DARK during the day, and they primarily had tiny bar type tables. There only two tables in the restaurant that would comfortably seat 3 or more people and if they were taken you had to push two of the small round tables together. Definitely not ideal for eating a meal. This would be my biggest complaint. Do realize that they only give you one large, bottled water per day. if you want additional water, they will charge you and I believe it was around 8 euros (very expensive). We drink a lot of water so had to find some convenience stores nearby for additional water. They were very responsive when my bracelet fell down the sink, sent up an engineer right away that was able to retrieve it.

It's a beautiful hotel with excellent service. I had breakfast every day at the restaurant which was delicious and made to order. The bellman Nicola and Dimitri (and another one) We're fantastic. They accommodated and anticipated every need and provided many helpful suggestions about getting around town during my trip. I had to make a journey by a train to London as well as get around the city for multiple meetings. They were very helpful in planning all these things. The front desk staff were excellent. The manager Benjamin went out of his way to help out since he knew I had a broken foot. The entire hotel was very friendly, clean and service was excellent. It is very close to the Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are at. Like the rest of Paris, it is surrounded by one-way streets so that can be tricky so plan extra time for Uber and taxi pick ups. Experience for a one week stay in Paris.

Hotel Berri is centrally located 2 blocks from the Champs Elysees and near the Arc de Triomphe. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly- and the concierge was a huge assist with restaurant and event access. The rooms, whilst spacious for Paris standards, were not well lit and had a "retro-hippie vibe" about the hotel. Room service was acceptable, but focused on presentation as opposed to quality - I suggest eating out. Although touted as a luxury boutique hotel, there are other Marriott hotel options that one may prefer.

Went with wife and 5 year old daughter on vacation. Incredible room and all around service. The concierge team helped us find a lovely garden restaurant and a food tour which our daughter loved. Location was perfect to see the city and we really appreciated the personal greetings in the lobby and bar. Would highly recommend it! Only drawback for us was a smaller gym and curious hours for the main restaurant which operated only at lunch (12-3 or so). The bar had great drinks and a small menu that suited us just fine and attentive, knowledgeable service. We would come back in a heartbeat! Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Hotel is pretty and location is great, but overall we had a very underwhelming experience. The refrigerator was not cold in the room and the mini-bar was not restocked. There was an issue with the sink and toilet constantly ran super loud. We asked multiple times for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't. We are Bonvoy Platinum and feel that we should receive a high level of service especially seeing the hotel room was very expensive. This was not anywhere close to a five star hotel, safe your money and go elsewhere where they actually care about the customer!

Bonjour! We celebrated our anniversary in Paris, the city of love. For our stay, we chose the hotel Hotel de Berri. Here's what we loved about it... Great location. Short walk from Champs Elysees Quiet and clean Air conditioning Heated towel bar The best bidet with a heated seat Friendly and helpful concierge and staff Charming hotel restaurant This is a Marriott property. I would describe the decor as modern, eclectic and a bit avant-garde. If we return to Paris, I'd definitely stay here again. It offered us everything we hoped for and more! Such an absolutely deluxe place to stay. Everything was perfect. And the bathrooms do have bidets! So French

Really love Hotel de Berri. Superb location, wonderful and attentive staff. Marriott luxury. Cool lobby and bar, fabulous junior suites. One of the best hotel experiences I've had anywhere in the world. Highly recommend for a luxury Paris experience. Added a lot of enjoyment to my 3 day experience in the city this trip. Concierge can arrange tours, drivers and reservations for you. They helped us organize a last-minute visit to Monet's Garden in Giverney. Brilliant.

This hotel was both beautiful and very well placed. The staff was unbelievable with their friendly and helpful ways each and everyday! They were professional and welcoming with every request we had. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always delivered to our room very timely and with the extra touch of care. I could not more highly recommend this hotel for any Paris stay. When we return, it will be high on our list!!

My favorite hotel in Paris. Not only is it classy, luxurious and artistic, the people are incredibly nice and service oriented. Our room was so stunning I took photos as inspiration for when I go home. Every detail was carefully thought out, each room is designed differently and we had a garden room which looked out to a stunning, natural garden providing perfect privacy. The food in the restaurant was delicious--pastries, fresh squeezed juices, coffees and espressos, eggs Benedict was cooked to perfection! I simply cannot rave about this hotel and our experience more, it has moved to the top of my list and we will definitely be back for more. Je'taime Hotel de Berri, merci!

The hotel is classic and well appointed with a staff that is exceptional. The location is perfect if you want to be in the heart of Paris. The rooms are well thought out and the amenities perfect for relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel de Berri. Great location, great room and most impressive was the amazing staff, especially the conceirge team of Geoffrey and Maxime, they went above and beyond for us! We had a larger room which was perfect for our family of 5. Such a great city and hotel. Thank you!

Location is great. Rooms are very high tech with a lot of automation but the sound proofing is aweful and the overall decor is inauthentic and Disneyland like. Service is great. Would not book again especially given the price.

Fantastic hotel! I've been traveling around the world (twice!) for the last 5 months and ended my lengthy trip in Paris. I tried the nearby Marriott, but they were booked; so went with Hotel de Berri....WOW! The staff are spectacular, and the rooms are out of this world. I've stayed in MANY hotels, and this is my favorite by far. Not cheap, but amazing service and accommodations never are. Can't wait to come back! Thank you to all the staff, particularly Marine.

First time in Paris, the staff did an excellent job in serving and address any question. I selected this hotel due to the location, it's within distance from shopping and major tourist site. The room was already prepared with a baby crib which in nice. The bathroom and the toilet are separated with thick wall between them. The room are filled with technology from the mirror tv to the curtains which control by the iPad. High recommend if you are in Paris.
