Great service and great location.|Momo was great and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The lake is just 2 minutes away and all the shops are just outside the hotel. There a few very popular bars and pubs a few minutes away which makes it the perfect location

Absolutely incredible stay at La Couronne! This hotel truly offers fantastic value. The staff are exceptionally friendly, always going above and beyond to help with any request. The building is pristine and brimming with historic beauty, which adds to the experience. The location is perfect – right in Solothurn, Switzerland’s most beautiful baroque city. I would absolutely book here again!

Hotel is very close the shopping street. Room was big and clean. Furnitures are cozy and good. Breakfast was good but we are not very happy with the options. We have requested a baby bed and it was prepared before we got there. They already added some good bag for the baby. It was really good. Thanks Bathroom was outside is not very convenient. Curtain is not enough for the water. There was not a dedicated parking spot for the hotel but there was a close parking area.

The hotel is really well located in the center of Morges. Near the lac to enjoy a little walk there. The rooms are big and really beautiful. The ambiance of the hotel is really nice for “only” 3-stars, the breakfast area is really cute. And the staff was really friendly.

Basic hotel, but very centrally located. No air conditioning and very noisy if the windows are left open (The market right outside was being setup from 06:00). Room was stuffy and I didn't sleep very well. Breakfast was OK and the staff that I spoke too were friendly and helpful enough. I guess all of the above is reflected in the price. I wouldn't stay again.

Well, the location of the hotel is close to Train station and Lake Geneva. And staff is also very friendly, but sorry, had to give 2 star as the rooms were too hot to handle. I visited the hotel around Mid July, when the entire Europe was in the grip of heatwave. The rooms were really hot to spend the day or even night in it. They didn't have any option of AC or ceiling fan but did gave some kind of portable fan but that didn't make any difference. I requested for some solution on which one of lady staff gave me one more portable fan. Even with two fans, it was unbearable to be in the room. And mind it, I belong to one of the hottest places on earth (desert) but it was even difficult me. Breakfast was good with lot of dairy products and fruits. Staff was friendly. Descent Wifi. Rooms were spacious with hot kettle to prepare coffee in room. A bit costly as I paid 555/- Euro + (12 Euro City tax which I didn't find a common practice in Switzerland but only in France) for two rooms for two nights. The main doors get locked by 10:30pm but staff provide you the code to open the gate. I guess if not for the heat issue, I would have given 4 star.

We visited this hotel during a biking tour. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that checked us in, but he was very kind & accommodating. It was our first day biking & we arrived exhausted, he gave us cold bottles of water, let us change in a room prior to our room being ready, gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner, & helped us store our bikes. The town is adorable, I wish we had more time to explore & shop. The breakfast was good. No a/c, which should normally be no problem but we were there during a heat wave, our room did have a window & they provided a fan too.

Yelp
Stayed twice in this small hotel in the center of Morges, and it's a solid option that's very conveniently located (if you need to be in Morges). Easy walk from the train station and right at the center of the main pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. I once had a more basic room and once was upgraded to a larger room. Both times the rooms were comfortable, in a cozy and traditional style. The bathrooms are pretty small, so may feel cramped if you're traveling with another person and trying to fit all your toiletries. I would rate this hotel higher, however the sound proofing is pretty bad. You can easily hear noise from the hallways, and the second time I was there, water pipes right above me were very, very noticeable and disrupted my sleep. Breakfast was included in my stays, and it's very good here. Self service coffee drinks, and a good selection of breads, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, fruit, etc. You can even ask for hot chocolate from Balzac, an excellent local producer. Service here is very friendly. It's a pity about the sound proofing, because I otherwise really like this place, given the location, value, and good service.
