Fabulous service. Very nice staff especially head of Guest Services. Appreciated her accommodating us with room change as initial room was hot and stuffy, due to unusually warm day. Beautiful hotel decorations. Fantastic breakfast with delicious selections. Easy to get to from bus stop. Easy walk to shoreline of Lake Lugano.

Great service, good location, interesting old fashioned vibe, VERY clean, great pool, good breakfast al fresco. Free parking.||Location is a short walk to the lake but 15-20 minute walk to old town. Room with balcony was nice but a little outdated.

Super clean hotel, with a nice bar area. Reception staff are polite, but no more than that. I loved the flower arrangement decorating the entrance. My room on 5th floor was spacious, plenty of wardrobe space. However it was not very comfortable, with no outlets near desk to charge the computer etc. The location in Paradiso is not my favorite, but it was OK, easy walk to the lake and promenade.

I had a wonderful stay, thanks to the kind and always smiling hotel staff who made the experience so pleasant. The hotel was spotless and spacious, adding to the comfort. A special thank you to Antonella for her outstanding support—your warmth and professionalism truly made a difference!

The rooms are a bit dated but the friendly service and fantastic location more than make up for it. We came during the summer months and were able to use the pool which was very nice! I highly recommend this little gem!

It is a nice hotel close to the lake. Bus stops nearby; a train station is 10 minutes away walking. The service is excellent, with a few niceties not often found - e.g., they provide a free ticket for public transport in the Ticino region and discounts for funiculars.

This was a charming, old-style European hotel; lovely staff and nice amenities. Great location as well; just a couple of blocks off Lake Lugano. I was really surprised at how spacious the rooms and bathrooms were - not very typical in Europe! Their breakfast buffet is quaint but more than sufficient.

beautiful hotel, friendly, centrally located, we walked 1 minute to the lake arriving and jumped in! Evening was nice with a swim, drink outside the bar with live music.

Stayed here for one night in July. Great room with a sea view balcony, very friendly service at check in and at the bar. Good location, refurbished rooms with spacious bathrooms and convenient parking.

Very nice and friendly hotel. The rooms are a bit small but that's not necessarily unexpected for Europe. Everything was clean which is obviously critical. The hotel staff was extremely friendly upon checkin. I'll stay here again without issue.
