Hôtel de La Source

I stayed at this hotel expecting a premium experience given the high price, but I was extremely disappointed — especially with the breakfast. It was very poor in both quality and variety. For the price I paid, I expected much better service and food standards. There were very limited options, and what was available tasted bland and felt like an afterthought. It’s unacceptable for a hotel in this price range to offer such a subpar breakfast. I left the dining area hungry and frustrated. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel and will not be returning. If you’re considering staying here, know that you’re paying luxury rates but receiving far less in return. I would also like to mention that one star is only for breakfast, the room is very clean, the location and the service I have nothing to comment on it!

Nice 2 night stay at this hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and convenient location. A bit pricier than what I would typically pay for this type of accommodation without breakfast but overall it was good.

Perfect for bike travellers. I liked the early breakfast at 6.30 Uhr. Every room has a balcony. xxxx

i travel quite often to Yverdon for work, so I've tried a number of hotels there and nearby region. Hotel de la Source is confortable, with ratherconvenient and functional modern rooms at an appropriate rate. People were extremely attentive. I didn't take breakfast though. ||To deserve 5 starts review would need air conditioning in the room, which is not available and more and more is becoming necessary in the middle of summer, especially if you pretend to stay in the room and work from there. A gym would be great too, despite thermal centre is not far away, though you get no discount.

easy to reach, ample parking, able to charge electric car due to charger on the parking. walking distance from bars & restaurants. Friendly and warm welcome. Room arranged as requested. Bath & bed room very clean. Buffet breakfast. All good.

When you arrive there are very friendly staff to greet you, professional and helpful. ||The room was extremely quiet and smelt great. Curtains block out all the morning light if you wish to have a lie in which is fantastic. Well designed wet cell. I recommend you pay a little bit extra to get rooms at the rear of the hotel instead of the street side. ||Breakfast choices were all very fresh and good quality. ||We would certainly come to this hotel again.

Highly recommended place for a family holiday — great location close to town center and to the thermal baths, very spacious room with sufficient amenities, very neat and clean premises as well, and enough parking spaces. Breakfast is decent and sufficient. Best of all are the excellent staff from the reception to the dining staff - all very nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.

This place was modern and clean. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. The bathroom had underfloor heating which was nice but i would have loved the option to turn it off. There was no kettle in the room but there was a machine to make tea and coffee in the breakfast room. Breakfast was ok though I'm not convinced we ate 30euros worth of food. The reception staff were friendly and had the lift working again a short time after it stopped. The place was dog friendly with masses of grass by the parking area to run around on.
