Excellent city centre hotel. Quiet, comfy bed and friendly staff. The decor may not be as modern - but its got an amazing French hotel atmosphere - wonderful internal murals etc. If you want bland - stay in a chain hotel. If you want a comfortable Grenoble experience - stay here.

I visited Grenoble for a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional and kind, and I really liked my room—it was clean, neat, and comfortable. The hotel is located in the center of the city, the best location I could have stayed. The service was amazing. I will definitely recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

A perfect location at the city centre close to "office du tourisme" tram station where three lines passes by. The hotel has a very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean. Free coffee at the reception and in some rooms. Very good value for money.

I booked the Hotel as I was driving through France and needed a place to stop for the night in Grenoble and the hotel was a great choice. ||The staff were so helpful and friendly and had plenty of information of the local area.||Although the hotel is in the centre it was quiet inside at night and there was no noise at all from outside.||I had the buffet breakfast which was on the first floor overlooking the square and the breakfast was fine.||The hotel was a great base for exploring the city and the location could not be better. I would be happy to stay there again.

I spent 3 days in Grenoble. I have chosen this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and - what is not common - speaks English as well. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with AC, and a great view. If someone like historical buildings, it is the best choice. Breakfast is quite good, modest like in France, but everything was fresh and tasty. I highly recommend this hotel for a short staying.

My room had a beautiful view over Place Grenette and the Alps, and others from my conference reported picturesque views from all directions. My room was large, pleasant, and functional. It was quiet and even though it overlooked a square, I heard nothing with the windows closed. The AC was quiet and effective, too. The staff was sincere, helpful, and nice, and everyone had a fun sense of humor. They gave good advice about places to eat and made sure that everything about the bill was clear. The room cost was reasonable, too. The hotel is older, but that adds to its charm and the rooms and public spaces are in very good condition. The hotel is really well located--a short tram ride from the train/bus station and on a well-connected tram line. Breakfast is tasty with terrific pastries. I would definitely go back!

AMAZING location! Close to restaurants, stores, grocery store, public parking and public transportation. Very charming building and interior. Spacious rooms and bathrooms.
Parking: they have some sort of arrangement with Lafayette Public Parking (from $33 to $15 a day). Closest exit is #1 (about 2min to the hotel).
Air conditioning: yesss
Elevator: both parking and hotel have elevators. Small size, would fit 1 adult with a large bag.
Breakfast: good assortment of baguettes and croissants (plain, raisins, chocolate). Fruit salad, cereal, granola. There’s a a machine for hard boiled eggs. No toaster. Coffee, milk, tea, orange and apple juice.

I have never met such friendly staff who made us feel at home. Vera, Pauline and Claire were so helpful, ginving us information about the area. They all had a sense of humour and created such a lovely vibe about the place. Had a lovely room on top floor with view of the Alps and the Bastille. Nice choice at breakfast and all very clean. Location excellent and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff for being so welcoming.
