Today we had an Iftaar party here with 30 participants. It was an awesome experience. Food was very delicious and service was excellent. No rush, no food shortage. Staff was very accommodating. Specially Mr Fayyaz made it a memorable experience. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of staying at this place in Feb/2025. It was one of the best experiences and added amazing value to my trip to Pakistan, the location is excellent, hotel cleanliness is exceptional, 24 hrs reception is a blessing, the food is amazing, but most noteworthy was the attitude of their staff. Every person on the team is on a mission to make your stay comfortable. They can easily make you feel like royalty, the senior manager Mr. S. Raza was consistently seeking feedback on performance and improvement points, very seasoned professional, well-trained and kind staff especially reception manager Miss Uzma. 9.5/10 would stay here again. One drawback however there is no gym or exercise facility in this hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel in Islamabad, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The location is absolutely ideal as you’re right in the heart of the city, so there’s no time wasted on conveyance. The rooms were clean and provided a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast was good, and though there was a nice variety, I would suggest adding more continental options like pancakes, waffles and bagels etc. especially since I noticed many international guests during my stay. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm and welcoming, and a special thanks to the General Manager, Mr. Rafaqat Ali, who went above and beyond to ensure we felt taken care of. His dedication to hospitality made a real difference in our experience. We’re already planning to bring the entire family next year, and I’m confident we’ll have a wonderful time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Islamabad!

The service of the hotel and restaurant staff are too good Masha Allah. But they need to add some extras to the room like tea kettle, blankets in proportion to the number of people. We were a family of 3 and we did a reservation with full payment for 4days. but they made a little mistake there. They don’t prepare the room for 3(2 adults 1kid) people. They give us single blanket which was a normal blanket. And I had to use my own pillow cover and bedsheets. Pillow cover and bed sheet was not clean properly.however they should careful about this. Also I told them about this when checked out. Insha Allah from now on they will be careful about this. Besides those everything else was fine. The hotel is definitely clean. And the behavior of every staff was very good Alhamdulillah.They all are friendly.

While the hotel staff and the room's were commendable, there are aspects that can be better. Liked · The staff was very helpful and always ready to support you. Didn't have a chance to have their breakfast but the looks and smell were surely good. Overall, the cleanliness and atmosphere of the room were optimal. Disliked · Just two things that I wasn't too keen on: 1. The locks didn't seem too secure, they were common locks and keys that can be found in any home. 2. The toilet had some significant marks which of course wasn't something anyone would be too happy about. I would say that the price doesn't justify the overall vibe and facilities, with the internet also being slow. If you're looking for a quick stay, then its optimal but not recommended for longer stays.
